プールが使えると聞き行ったが、水のプールでした。温水プールに慣れてる日本人には無理かも。 サウナは3つほどあるが一つしか稼働しておらず、しかも前の人がちゃんと扉を閉めなかったのか、全然部屋が温まっておらず、結局諦めて帰った。 夜は遅くまで騒ぎ声が聞こえ、夜中にエンジンを吹かす人もおり、非常にうるさかった。

アーヘン郊外にある三つ星ホテルですが、泊まった部屋は期待と異なり、狭い上に備品もテレビ（画質もかなり悪い）くらいしか無く、一つ星クラスと言えるものでした。 一方で朝食は三つ星の平均並なので、寝るだけと割り切りました。

ホテルとしては一般的といった感じ ただレセプションは夜中になるとクローズ ホテル近くにスーパー、レストランがなくホテル内のレストラン、バーを利用するのでないのであれば、バスを利用する必要があります

Nice and comfortable room! I was happy with breakfast.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were deliciously powerful and hot. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was completely worth it. The sauna was just what I needed. I would totally stay here again.

The room was ok. They don’t make room every day. Not much of amenities around and running by some moody and unfriendly women. Most German are very friendly n warmed people but not at this hotel. Yesterday we went swimming in the dark without light, a young Asian girl came down to turn in the light. She didn’t apologize at all for the inconvenience and instead she was yelling n screaming at me about where I can turn the light on. I paid to stay there and not to turn on the light for them. She didn’t even bother to come near the pool to talk to us. Just stood at the other end like we got covid. We will not stay there again and even free

Praktisches Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt, Stadtzentrum gut per Bus erreichbar.

Vlotte afhandeling, vriendelijk, goed bed en proper sanitair. Op wandelafstand van centrum. Buiten LEZzone. Super.

Esperienza di nuovo molto positiva,

Pool ist leider erst ab 16 Uhr geöffnet. Ich fand es etwas schade weil ich persönlich gerne morgens schwimmen gehe-das Hotel betreibt den Wellnessbereich eben nach ihren Erfahrungen. Ich habe den Wellness Bereich dann einmal abends genutzt und dieser ist sehr gepflegt und ausreichend.

Das Hotel ist ein wenig versteckt in einer nicht ganz so repräsentativen Gegend von Aachen. So war der erste Eindruck etwas ernüchternd. Das Zimmer ist schlicht und vielleicht nicht im modernsten Stil ausgestattet, aber picobello sauber und gepflegt! Das Bett ist bequem, das Bad blitzeblank. Das Frühstück ist super und reichhaltig und frisch auch kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit. Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder
