This is a beautiful characterful hotel which gives a very personal service to guests. Spacious, well equipped bedrooms and delicious breakfast. We also had a dinner in the hotel restaurant which was delightful.

Local lindo, ótimos quartos, uma pena que os serviços deixam a desejar. Café da manhã razoável, Wi-Fi não funcionava. Apesar do esforço de alguns funcionários que atenderam muito bem, a logística dos serviços não condizia com o ambiente.

A lovely hotel. We loved our room and enjoyed the elegant lounge. We ate an amazing dinner at their restaurant and breakfast was delicious.

What a wonderful place! The property is uniquely beautiful and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We were particularly grateful to Paula, who gave us great tips on the most photogenic sites in Avila.

This is a hidden gem. I really loved my large beautifully decorated room with a terrace. The staff were very responsive. Excellent service, very convenient location, beautiful decor, classy and authentic breakfast. I would highly recommend it and I will come back.

Dejligt hotel med central beliggenhed og venlige receptionister. Der kunne strammes op på service i morgenmads restauranten. Ment at parkere i deres parkeringshus.

Amazing. Loved the decor and setting, beautifully done. Special praise for Sonya, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, including coordinating with airport personnel on delivery of our missing luggage. We loved the red wines from the owners vineyard as well. Put this on our must return list!
