The front desk staff is excellent and friendly. the room has been renovated I th ink, very clean and comfortable, the closet was good with hooks and hangers, very hard to find.

お湯があまり熱くなかったので、シャワーを浴びている間寒かった。体を拭いた後は、温泉ということもあり、寒くはなかった。 部屋にタオル類とドライヤーがなかったが、ゲストハウスだからないのだろうかと思いつつ、スタッフに聞いてみると、掃除の時に置き忘れていたようで、タオル類は準備してくれた。ドライヤーはなし。 そのほかは、料理もスタッフも、部屋の清潔さも、窓からの眺望も、文句なし。素晴らしい！

街道沿いの便利なところにある、清潔なホテルです。従業員の方はとても親切です。また、私たちの相談に対して、親身になって対応してくれました。私たちはとても感謝しています。部屋の窓からは氷河がよく見えて、見飽きることがありませんでした。

we had the luxury of having a room in the newly built part, which was facing the sea. The room was big, tidy and good. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and quite annoying. But the biggest disappointment was the breakfast, which was quite bad. Not a lot of options, disappointing bread and one day the cucumbers seemed to have been frozen before. They definitely didn't look right. For the high price, our experience was rather disappointing. The main benefit was the view and location (quite close to most points of interest ~30-60min). If you want to eat dinner, I would suggest a restaurant, e.g. in Olafsvik

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere which all the hotels on the peninsula are. It cost a lot and I didn't find the value for the price to be very high, thus I couldn't rate it higher. It is very clean. The breakfast food was very good and clearly mostly homemade. The facility looks like it needs some maintenance. Our room had a moisture crack in the wall that had not been repaired, another room had a shattered window. The shower was open to the bathroom and therefore water went everywhere and no squeegee was provided to help direct the water into the drain. The bathroom floor was constantly wet which meant wet feet all the time. The only soap provided was a pump bottle meant to be hand soap, bath soap and shampoo. They serve a buffet dinner that is very expensive. The food was really good (except for dessert) but I couldn't eat enough to justify the cost. There are no other nearby restaurants so bring your own food or be prepared to travel far for food. The staff was available and helpful.

Das Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt ein Renovierung, wie auch die Zimmer und Dusche. Das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis ist schlecht. Personal ist okay und das Frühstück authentisch.

The breakfast buffet (included) was superb - so many delicious options! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The location is serene and beautiful. I was welcomed warmly and given a brief tour. There's a restaurant on site that served a 4 course pre-selected menu that was generous, delicious, and comprised of local fresh caught ingredients. Very quiet room with a window to listen to the ocean. Breakfast was cozy the next morning and checkout was very easy. Just past Ytri Tunga, this is a perfect evening stay after exploring the upper peninsula.

Very nice room. Staff were very polite. Northern lights were also seen here very well.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to be away from city lights so you can try to see the Northern Lights. We were fortunate they were visible on our night here and it was a highlight of our trip. The staff is friendly, but they are not available at all times. Our shower was stopped up, but there is no staff late at night so we had to wait until morning for it to be fixed. They took care of it right away then, so it's just a matter of expectations. Overall, I would stay here again.

Such a wonderful place with warm, well curated common spaces, rooms with a great view of the beach/mountain, super nice staff and a truly inspired menu. And such a lovely, private beach. Best place of our trip!

Awesome place. Easy to find, parking has wnough places for everyone. Staff is polite and professional. Breakfast was delicious, Good spot to start a tour of the peninsula.

Fantastic stay here / lovely breakfast. Loved the location on a golf course ! Had great service from Sumna who returned my driving licence to me after I left it at the hotel. Top notch service.
