The TV is out of order. Toilet is hard to flush.

The room was clean and tidy, but a little warm. The fire door between the lift landing and the corridor did not shut properly. The receptionist staff appeared bored and indifferent, especially the late afternoon and night receptionist. I was woken several times in the night by rowdy, noisy guests coming back from a night out and also by someone dealing with a dog or small child at around 6am. Unfortunately, it seems to be common that guests are not asked to keep noise to a minimum after midnight and before 7am.

The staff were really nice. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that it kept me awake

staying at the easy hotel was good. I was staying alone and had a double room. I opted for a window...you cannot open them. the bed was comfy...the pillows in my own opinion are not too comfy. toilet and shower was very clean. I took a travel kettle so that made my stay fine. lots of shops and food around. I paid 110£ for Monday and Tuesday so good value. it was quiet both nights

Room small but ok no window but that didmt bother me at this time of year it's pretty dark outside anyway. Shower ok it's what you pay for All same would stay again if only for a brief visit .

Room was good we stayed before so knew what to expect

Lovely receptionist, very friendly. Very clean room, minimal but effective. Super clean shower which I very much appreciated and just clean over all. Didn't get the eebie-jeebees like at some others I've stayed at if you know you know. Super easy heat/cooling controls and a comfy enough bed.

Second time of staying here. Room was sparse, bed, toilet, sink , shower and tv but this was enough for our stay away. The room/bathroom was spotless with heating/aircon you can control. Ttr bed was very comfortable. If you need it can get an iron/hairdryer from reception. Staff friendly. Great position in town centre close to the shops and you can get a discount on a few car parks not too far away. Would definitely recommend here, for the price you pay.

This is a review for a 3-night stay. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Leeds train station. Nice. There's a Tesco Express nearby, and many many many coffee shops (Costa, Pret, Nero) next door. Good. I had a room with windows. That was excellent. I could not open the windows, which was not excellent. The HVAC (heating and cooling) worked well with an easily understandable controller. The bed was firm, in a good way, and the bed sheets and comforter provided me with excellent sleep. My interactions with staff were mixed. The woman who checked me in (on a Saturday with early check-in) was EXCELLENT: Engaging, chatty in the right way, and willing to help. My other interactions with staff were mixed; often ignored when I entered or left, as they were too busy looking at their phones.
