全体的にすごく良かったです。このホテルを選んで正解でした。

まず良いところから。ホテルの朝食はとても美味しい。朝食は七時から十一時までで、オムレツやチラキレスなど、いくつかの選択肢の中から一品を選んでオーダーすればすぐに準備してくれる。早朝七時すぐに行ってもちゃんと朝食の準備は整っていた。週末など宿泊客が多いときはビュッフェスタイルになるようだ。チップは求められる。客室については、室内は広々としており、ゆったりと過ごせる。室内のWifiは、速度は早くないが、大きな動画を見たりするのでなければ支障なく使える。ホテル内のサービスは基本スペイン語で、英語の話せるスタッフは多くないが、対応自体は悪くない。 次に今一つなところ。建物が全体的に古く、特に音が筒抜けである。夜中に帰ってくる客がいると、声が室内にまで響く。上階や隣室の物音も聞こえるため、夜中二時に扉を閉める大きな音が響いて目が覚めたこともある。私は神経質な性質ではないが、それでも目が覚めるのだから相当大きな音だ。シャワーの水圧は若干低め。また、通常のホテルと同様、バスタブはない。客室の清掃については、椅子が毛だらけだったりと、あまり行き届いているようには感じられなかった。ホテルのロケーションは、ソナロサの中心であるGenova通りからは徒歩七、八分程度離れていて、ホテルの周りには店は少ない（コンビニのOXXOはすぐ近くにある）。夜は暗くなり人通りもほとんどないため、安全に気を遣う方は不安に感じるかもしれない。また、これはホテルの責ではないが、深夜の一時、二時頃にフロントから電話があり、夜中に起こされることが二夜連続であった。一度目は寝ぼけていたので電話を取り損ねたが、二度目は誰かが警察を呼んだとかで、トラブルがないかを尋ねられた。たまたま私が宿泊していた期間だけかもしれないが、日中もホテル内にたびたび警官が出入りしていた。この近辺の治安はあまりよくないのかもしれない。 結論、朝食は美味しく、朝食込みの宿泊としては大変リーズナブルではあるが、設備や治安の点からあまりおすすめはできない。繁華街近くの便利で安全なホテルがよいと思う。

Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de avenidas principales o acceso a transporte público, muchos restaurantes a los alrededores.

Convenient location. Walkable distance to el Angel and nearby places.

I was not happy Shortly after I purchased the hotel room, I got an email from the hotel saying that since check-in was 3 PM if I wanted to check in anytime earlier, I would have to pay an extra fee. When I arrived at the hotel at 1 PM, they told me that there were no rooms and I had to wait till 3 PM. After some discussion, they admitted that there were rooms available, but the policy was not to let people in before 3 PM unless they pay extra. After some arguments, they agreed to let me in at 2 PM, but they refuse to budge any earlier. From their point of view, that they have a written policy that check in 3 PM since they know a lot of people want to check in earlier, this is a way to monetize their rooms to help increase profitability. So I guess it’s perfectly legal and even ethical. Nevertheless, I found it repugnant. I’m used to hotels letting me into a room early as long as they have rooms. If they don’t have a room and there is an unpreventable delay anytime after around 12 noon, I would expect at least some sympathy and perhapsan apology. Friendly service is important to me. This hotel failed in that regard.

El hotel fue una grata sorpresa, muy bonita propiedad, bien cuidada, limpia, la ropa de cama en excelentes condiciones, el baño, una pantalla enorme en la habitación, el desayuno muy bueno, está cerca del metro insurgentes y a 3 cuadras de Paseo de la reforma, el Área muy segura, es una excelente opción sin duda alguna vamos a regresar
