到着時刻が遅かったにもかかわらず、笑顔で対応していただきました。 また、晩御飯について相談した時にも、適切な助言をしてくれました。 併設されたレストランの朝ごはんがとてもおいしかったです。 受付のサービスは良く、ホテルをよくしたいという意気込みが感じられました。 チェックアウトの際に『不満点はありましたか？』と聞かれたので、 ホテルをよくすることに貢献できればと思い、すこし改善点をお話ししました。 部屋にドライヤーが無くても、受付に行けば貸してくれます。 初めて訪れた国で、心細かったですが、皆さん優しく対応してくれたので、とても助かりました。 思い出に残りました。

Fantastisch hotel, vriendelijke staff, goed ontbijt en mooie kamer!

The front desk staff was amazing. She walked us outside to show us where to park and answered all our questions. We loved the restaurant for dinner. It is a bit noisy but it is on a busy street so it was expected. The shower had a few hairs in it that weren’t ours and the shower drain didn’t work well. However overall it was a great stay!

Very nice hotel. The owner came straight to wellcome us. Everything worked and breakfast was good. Please come.

Friendly and helpful staff. However the room was pretty dated and in need of some paint. Beds were very hard. AC was not working when we got there but they were able to get it going after about an hour.
