Bien ubicada, espacios cómodos, muy limpio y nuevo todo

Appartamento bellissimo...pulito, con una bella passeggiata si arriva in pieno centro, gentilezza nel farci trovare una bottiglia d’acqua per permetterci di fare the e caffè...peccato aver trascorso solo una notte. Consigliatissimo

The place was very cosy and was at a good location!

Location was great, hipster neighborhood ruzafa! But building itself needs more sound proofing. Im on ground floor, you can hear everything. There are really some inconsidered people who comes home in late hours and makes very loud noises. The room was spacious and has all amenities. We stayed for 2 nights. They only clean once during your stay.

A great little studio in a very nice part of the city and in walking distance to lots of vibrant bars. Nicely furnished And very comfy bed. Only issue is that you can hear everyone outside in the courtyard even with windows and doors closed which sometimes can be disturbing

Schönes Design, sehr sauber. Sehr gute Möglichkeit, Fahrräder abzustellen. Kofferaufbewahrung nach dem Aufenthalt auch bis in die Nacht hinein war kein Problem.

O apartamento em geral é muito bom, embora alguns detalhes não sejam providenciados! A porta do banheiro não fechava!

Sehr nett eingerichtetes Apartments im Hinterhof (daher schön ruhig) in guter Lage. U-Bahn Station nah dran und im Viertel viele Möglichkeiten preisgünstig essen zu gehen. Klimananlage lief wunderbar

Nos dieron el apartamento numero 1,pegado a la puerta de acceso y el ruido es horroroso,el trasiego de gente a todas horas del dia y lo peor de madrugada. Echamos de menos un mantel,trapos de cocina y sobre todo una fregona ya que al no tener mampara el baño el agua se salia por debajo de la cortina y se encharcaba todo.

There is no isolation between the apartments. You can hear everything that is going on around you. Although there are strict rules to not disturb others after 10 pm, the neighbors were talking loudly and moved the furniture half night and we couldn’t sleep. The second night there was a block party and we could hear the loud music, fireworks and screaming all night. We were exhausted after two nights of lack of sleep and very disappointed. We complained to the management asking a refund for one night but didn’t get a response. That was our worst stay ever.

El apartamento es muy agradable y tiene de todo. La ubicación es excelente. La comunicación con el propietario no ha sido mala, pero es mejorable, en ocasiones puede llevar a confusión.

El apartamento se nota mucho q se ciñe a unas reglas. Al entrar no hay recepción, y por mensaje te comunican todos los pasos a seguir, me gustó la manera, muy como un "enigma". Referente a lo de las normas ya que los productos de aseo justitos, nosotros estuvimos un par de días y bien! pero imagino q quien va más tiempo tendrá más recambios de todo! La cocina muy bien, tiene de todo! Punto no tan bueno: El día antes de marchar me encontré moho negro en las juntas de la ducha y suelo, ya q no se ventila bien el baño! y consecuente los bichitos pequeñitos, y tendría q estar controlado en un sitio así. Pone q piden fianza, pero nosotros por suerte no tuvimos q abonar nada más.

los apartamentos parecen recién reformados y eso esta ok, aparentemente parece un buen lugar pero... la cama es horrible, el sofa-cama casi es mejor dormir en el suelo, os recomendamos que si os alojáis aquí os compréis un bono en el fisioterapeuta por que vais a terminar con la espalda rota. Las paredes son de papel de fumar, se escuchan los pedos del vecino y los pisotones del vecino de arriba... vamos, no es un buen lugar para descansar....

Excellent pied-à-terre pour visiter Valence, à 10 minutes à pied de la gare et de la vieille ville, dans un quartier sympa avec pas mal de restos. Ce petit studio avec coin cuisine, refait à neuf et bien équipé, donne sur une cour intérieure, très calme. La résidence propose aussi des appartements plus grands. Prix défiant toute concurrence, du moins en avril. L'enregistrement peut se faire sur internet (conseillé) : très pratique !

La localisation est très appréciable. Proche des transports en commun et de la gare. Très moderne et très bien équipé

Very chick & trendy apt. Perfect location with lots of cafes & restaurants just a few steps away.

Appartement is prima. Leuke inrichting met luxe details. Compleet ingerichte keuken voorzien van vaatwasser, wasmachine, koffie automaat, citruspers en zelfs koffie, thee, suiker, olijfolie, vaatwastabletten en afwasmiddel. Verblijf was zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
