シャワー故障 部屋通しが遠い

部屋もレストランもとても良かったのですが、クローゼットの扉を閉めると大量の埃が出て来たのは残念でした。 枕カバーにも赤いシミ？が着いていて、少し気持ち悪かったです。

The hotel has a good location, big room and comfortable bed. But about rooms 101 and 102. The colaenes to the fitness suite is very disturbing. I was woken at 06.00 by the thrumming of someone Running on the threadmill and it was so loud it was impossible to go back to sleep!

Clean, spacious, good location

The mattress was the worse I’ve ever had in my life. It actually squeaked every time either of us moved. Extremely uncomfortable. For the very high price we paid, this is unacceptable. In addition to this they charged me for WiFi after I talked twice to the front desk and both tie they promised they would remove it.

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Great location, everything we needed in an hotel and really helpful staff.

Room was clean , staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Spacious, clean rooms. Poorly equipped regarding lighting and mirrors for hair and make up but otherwise very comfortable. Poorly replenished breakfasts but tasty food when available

We went to breakfast a bit late and many food items were gone and not being replaced, coffee was barely warm. Evening meal service was extremely slow, over 2 hours . We felt ignored and had to ask. Most hotels had bottled water in the rooms but this one didn’t. The room service was excellent and the room cleaners very good.

I felt the bathroom and cups could have been cleaned better. Residue and marks from previous use. .

The room was lovely with a great view of the river and the bed was nice and big

Friendly staff and clean, spacious room. Key cards were didnt always work first time when travelling in the lifts and through doors.

Overall, this place is very nice place to say very convenient located in Belfast. The service by the staff is very good It’s just I don’t think although know how to pour Guinness and I would skip the breakfast unless you like pastries and toast and some fruit because the bacon is undercooked the eggs are watery. The rooms are nice and clean and have great views of the river. Overall, very nice place to stay the food isn’t worth the price.

This is an excellent location to explore the city of Belfast. Just a short walk from the Titanic museum as well as bars and restaurants. The hotel staff are lovely, very attentive and friendly. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant is beautiful set looking across the river. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. We would stay at this hotel again

Wonderful customer service throughout. Everything was very clean. It was a great location, with water views and close to the city centre.
