夜遅くの到着でしたが対応も良く丁寧でした。暖房も良く効いていて良かったと思います。

We booked a room for two single beds, and our room had enough space (1 double and 2 twins) so we enjoyed it. The pantry was a bit far at the end of the corridor but it was good we could use the microwave and electric kettles. The reception staff often changed, but they were helpful with everything that was needed. The location was nice, with all good places to eat, but there were lots of constructions going on and you sometimes suffer with lots of luggage. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

(⁠✯⁠ᴗ⁠✯⁠)１人旅シングル７日間利用。 バルコニーに出るまではガラス窓ではなく、木の扉と鉄の柵扉のようなものの２重の扉。 それがバルセロナっぽくとてもなステキな造りです。 ホテルは地下鉄パラレル駅のすぐ近く。 周りにはコンビニ、レストラン、cafeがたくさんあります。私はたまたま飛び込んだレストランが美味しくてしかもリーズナブル、ほぼご飯はそちらで頂きました。たまたまでしたが、お気に入りレストランが近くということで、私にとってはこの上なく最高のローケーションでした。 ホテルは清潔で快適。スタッフの方々はみなさんフレンドリーでとても親切。ホステルの利用は初めてだったのでもっとうるさいのかと思ってましたが、お客様達もジェントルで、とても静かに過ごせました。たまに遅くまで飲んで楽しく騒いでる人達の声は外の通りからに響いていますが、不思議とそれさえも心地よかったです。

服が汚れて困っていたら、早めにチェックインさせていただき、ありがたかったです。ISABELAさんがとても優しかったです。

部屋も共用バスルームも特に問題はありません。立地もそこそこいいです。メトロの駅も徒歩数分です。ただレセプションは時々スペイン語しか話せない方がおり、チェックインの時や何かお願いしたいときなどにスペイン語を話せない人がこの方に当たるとかなり困ると思います。

I don’t recommend this place. Not worth for the high price. I paid about USD 170 per night. 1. AC did not work and the front desk person said AC technician might come later in the day or next day and no other room was available. I said we would need a refund for the night if the AC did not work. Then, after speaking to the owner, he gave us another room!! He or the owner could have just done it without this drama in the beginning itself. 2 No coffee or tea facility in the room. We had to go to a common room, use the kettle and mugs and after using place them back in the common room. Too much back and forth for just one coffee. 3. The bed was very narrow. Room was very small too. 4. Too much construction road work is going on just outside this hotel.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. It is only a block from the Metro. There was a LOT of construction going on, on the streets around the hotel.

Room ok, WiFi worked sometimes, took 3 days to get fixed, then I had to check out

L’hôtel est très bien placé, à proximité immédiate de la station Parel•lel qui permet l’accès facile et rapide en métro de plein d’endroits de la ville mais aussi d’explorer facilement à pieds. Chambre en très bon état, spacieuse avec de bonnes capacités de rangement. Le personnel s’est montré très accueillant et sympathique. Seuls bémols : - Un rideau occultant serait appréciable - Petites odeurs de remontées d’égouts dans la salle de bain - La rue est en travaux, générant du bruit dès tôt le matin en semaine et le samedi

For relatively low budget place was super impressed with rooms, comfort of bed and service from staff. Great location for town attractions

Room was very clean along with building facilities. Staff pleasant, with someone always at the front desk and can speak multiple languages, English as well. Even with the shared washroom option chosen, there was always two available shower/washrooms so never had to wait. Microwave+ kettles available, along with clean mini fridge in room. Surrounding roads are going under massive construction, which is only an issue if you are driving.
