While I enjoyed my stay and the hot water baths and sauna, I have one complain. As I checked out, I asked the lovely receptionist if she could call a taxi for me, she immediately said no!. I walked out and waited for a taxi by the road for some time but could not get any so I went back in and met her again. I asked her if she could tell me where to get a taxi, she wrote the number down on a post it and gave it to me. I mentioned I do not speak Korean. With an annoyed face she picked up her cell phone and called for me and told me to wait outside (in Korean) with an attitude. I mean you r a resort, at least 3 stars, a little niceness and helping and not to mention a little English could go a long way. On the other hand, giving an attitude to a traveling foreigner might just damage your reputation.
