The mattress cover I’m guessing has some type of waterproofing factor that made my husband sweaty and not sleep well. It was noisy too as our room faced the Main Street. We like it completely dark in our room as well and it was not dark enough for us. Everything else and staff was GREAT!!!

check in was easy and the staff was very help and friendly. the room was clean, beds were clean, comfortable and slept well. Bereakfast was included so that helps with the kids, they were able to chose what they liked and were accessible.

The room and bathroom were very clean. No musty smell. The pool appeared clean and well kept. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Would stay there again.

The staff here is super nice. Our first room had a very bad smell but they quickly moved us to another room. The room Itself was comfortable but I did notice some moldy areas in the bathroom. Yikes! But the bed was comfy! We were only here less than 24 hours so not a big deal. Also breakfast was really good!! The staff definitely get 5🌟

I like how quiet and convenient it was to Carlsbad Caverns.

Great clean place

Monica was super nice at check in and helpful showing me how to get to the pool. The pool was wonderful for my pain after a long day of driving and hiking. Great breakfast options are always a plus, too! I would stay here again.

All good! Staff was friendly we came in for one night from El Paso. Some card issue error with my credit card, but staff was very apologetic and nice!

Quality of stay

First room smelled like milldew. The lady behind the desk said that many of them did due to a carpet cleaning company who did a bad job. She was kind and changed our room before we moved in. Once we moved in to the second room, we left to eat and returned to find the shower only came down at a trickle. We told the new lady at the dront desk and she was rude about it. Came and pulled the knob, saw water coming out and proceeded to tell us we were doing it wrong. My two daughters had already resorted to a bath instead of a shower and my wife had to manage her hair under the poor shower head. She then said that we could change rooms, but it was already11:30 and we were settled in. The next morning I asked for a discount, but she said that she could not give a discount because we booked with Expedia.
