2度目のシエナでしたが、変わらずロケーションは最高でした。チェックイン時間が遅くなってしまい、夕食を食べに行くのも疲れてしまい、夕食のオーダーの時間を過ぎてしまっていたが、夕食をお願いしたら快く対応してくれた。 アグリツーリズモならでは、人情味のある体験をさせていただきました。

A beutiful hilltop fsmily run small hotel. The views are stunning, the building with a character, sweeping pool. Nice and quite. Close to Pienza (10 min car ride)

A wonderful place to stay! So peaceful and relaxing, the property is beautiful! Oscar & Teresa are the greatest - so welcoming and made our trip special, they went above and beyond. The food was delicious, the room was great and I would highly recommend staying at this amazing inn if you are visiting the area!

Didn’t eat there so no opinion on that. Check in is 4, not 3 as listed on booking websites. Property location is gorgeous with stunning views. It is about a mile down a gravel road, very secluded. The room furnishings a bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable enough. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Room was clean, bathroom ok, shower gets hot, water pressure so-so, shower doesn’t drain very well. Very conveniently located to Pienza and other towns. Overall OK but not worth the price of nearly 200€

O hotel tem uma vista linda e é muito bonito. No entanto, achei o tratamento insatisfatorio. Chegamos no final do dia e nos colocaram no quarto na lateral do hotel com vista para um corredor. Quando pedi a senhora da recepção se podia me colocar num quarto com vista, já que iria ficar só uma noite, ela disse que estava tudo lotado. O que não era verdade porque só tinham 3 hóspedes. O banheiro é grande mas o box é minúsculo. As luzes dos 2 abajour não funcionavam, tínhamos que ficar com a luz do quarto ou no escuro. Por fim, tivemos a surpresa de ter que pagar o café da manhã em espécie, o que não consta do anúncio, uma dificuldade uma vez que a cidade mais próxima fica a 20 minutos de carro. Assim venham prevenidos porque senão ficarão sem café. Não tem jantar no local o que também obriga novo deslocamento a Pienza depois do cansaço de um dia de passeio. Enfim, para mim foi uma decepção, considerando a pontuação da propriedade e o valor cobrado. Só vale pela vista.

Maravilhosa experiência na região de Pienza que eu e minha esposa tivemos. Quarto grande, 2 aquecedores no quarto, chuveiro com água quentinha, cama um espetáculo de conforto, limpeza impecável e um atendimento top feito pelo Oscar. Lugar maravilhoso. Ótimo custo benefício. Recomendarei a todos amigos que forem visitar a Região da Toscana e voltarei com certeza a está hotel.

I got a great stay fantastic service, Oscar an Teresa were incredible they make sure We enjoy our stay they were super friendly and professional, I really recommend this property very clean and comfortable great food from the hotel restaurant but over all the customer service was the best I had in my travels in a long time and I am a frequent traveler keep up the great service five star service

room was cold or warm. AC system didnt do much. Stairs within room very clumsy (i actually fell on both my knees). the bathroom shower are is so tight never ever been in a cubical this miniscule

Lovely place, lovely people. We have a pleasant time staying in this hotel. Very warm welcoming when I get to the hotel. Every staff was so nice, location is stunning, service was good, pool was clean. They are way beyond the value. Will come back again.

Penso que poderiam melhorar o café ,bem fraco ,muita pouca opção ,atendimento podem melhorar mais ,fazem só o necessário ,acho que pouca gente ! Surpreendeu o jantar ,jantamos uma noite ,bem Gostoso e ali bem atendido ,com um Tiramisu de tirar o chapéu ….

Service was 10/10. The property is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Only downside is the food was not great and the beds seemed quite old and were very 'taco' shaped, so we didn't sleep super well.

Hermoso lugar en medio del campo. Muy bien conservado. Excelente mantenimiento, personal muy amable. Oscar es muy atento, el hotel no tiene servicio de cena pero nos preparo una charola de carnes frías y quesos con una botella de excelente vino.
