Staffs are kind and friendly. Location is quite good. Air conditioner doesn’t work, no wifi in the room, no hot water, no hair dryer. 立地とスタッフはとても良かったです。 空調はなく、フロント付近以外にはWIFIがなく、お湯はでないしドライヤーもないと言われました。

中心広場から近いです。余り迷うことなく辿り着けました。スタッフの対応は良かったです。 やはり安宿と言った感じで、シャワーの出がとても悪く（一応お湯は出ます）水はけも悪いので、 水浸しになりました。部屋にアメニティ類が一切なし（石鹸すらない）、Wi-Fiの接続環境も悪かったです。食事も付きません。値段を考えたら、しょうがないかな？という感想です。

I stayed here for 6 days with a friend. The property is beautiful, the terrace has great views and the staff is top notch. I cannot stress how well we were treated by the front desk. Amazing people. They treated us like family. I will always recommend this place to anyone visiting the majestic city of chefchaouen.

This place is very basic but has everything you need. It is located in the heart of the beautiful old town. Really easy to get to restaurants and to sightsee. It's a bit noisy during the day with activities and tourists but very quest at night. I loved waking up in the center of the blue city! The manager and staff were super friendly. Really loved it.

First the good: the staff is excellent, friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent. The bad: the rooms are really, really small, the toilet and bathroom are combined in one in which you can't shower without turning the toilet into a pool. Alright, the hotel is cheap so I can certainly forgive this. The real problem is the noise and the light coming through the window above the door are a nightmare. Both must be dealt with by the owners. Then the bed. I didn't like it; the bedding should be washed more often (I think the sheets were clean but the duvet clearly wasn't). Overall, I decided to stay 1 rather than 2 nights and move to a modern hotel.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was so cute, the location couldn’t be any better and the guy in the reception was the best! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, highly recommend!

Gästfriheten är utmärkt, läget är utmärkt, nära till allt, särskilt centrum, och det är inte svårt att hitta eller nå en hög höjd, och priset är bra för unga människor, men det enda problemet är kylan.. det finns ingen uppvärmning.

Personnel très sympathique et serviable à disposition quelle que soit l'heure. Accueil à l'étage difficile d'accès pour personne à mobilité réduite. Extérieur bruyant la nuit
