The corner room was very spacious and the bath tub was huge! However, the floor structure of the shower did not allow for all the water to go down the drain so there was a small flood in the bathroom until the morning which was so cold to step on. The pool was great and the temperature was perfect, the kids pool was heated and the kids loved it! View was also great. I did almost trip because the staff did not mop the floor properly, was dangerous for the kids. The breakfast selection was perfect. Room service was also quick. However, the staff were so rude to me when I called to ask if we could have in-room breakfast. Check in was relatively fast, but reception did not activate my key properly which was a pain since I had to go back downstairs with two very tired and irritable kids! Overall, good stay and with a few improvements with the staff, it would have been a very good experience.

Great experience for third time staying

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The service was excellent throughout my visit, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast deserves special mention — it was absolutely incredible! Very rich, fresh, and diverse, with a wide variety of options to choose from every morning. I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey. I would happily stay here again.

First of all, this hotel is about 40 minutes away from Istanbul Airport and located directly opposite Mall of Istanbul. In terms of location, it sits between two major highways in a modern part of the city, far from Istanbul’s main tourist attractions, which are mostly in the older and historic areas. This means you’ll likely rely on taxis every day, and a round trip can cost close to £40. The hotel itself is a tall tower and stands out nicely among nearby buildings. It has a large “G Rotana” sign on top, and most drivers seem to know it simply as “Rotana.” At the entrance, there is a revolving door that’s quite inconvenient, along with a metal detector gate that feels unnecessary, as there is no proper security check and it alarms constantly. The staff speak good English, and despite arriving a couple of hours early, we were checked in without any issues. The hotel has 15 floors and around seven elevators, which means you almost never have to wait. Rooms are slightly smaller and less polished than the photos suggest, but still comfortable overall. Rooms on floors 6 and above have better views, especially at night. The bathroom was large, although some worn tiles were noticeable. Service was excellent. We requested a baby cot and received it quickly, and anything we asked for was delivered within minutes. Breakfast was high quality with plenty of options, live omelette stations, and small daily variations. The rooftop pool has a great view and is very clean, but at a maximum

This is nice hotel but you have take a taxi to every where you want to go nothing near by you can walk to it

This hotel is amazing! People are super friendly. Definitely a 5***** hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Great location (currently undergoing construction at the main entrance) but so worth the stay. Nice and quiet area and an amazing mall (212 power outlet) on the same street.

Staff was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was tasty. Room was okay. Bed was comfy. I slept great! The floor was dirty but everything else was clean. The pool requires a head cap which was never mentioned in the description. They don’t mention the head cap until you show up and will try to sell you one and it is over priced.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und wir wurden herzlich begrüßt. Zwar war das Zimmer an einigen Stellen bereits etwas abgenutzt, aber insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
