マルティンモニス駅からかなりに坂道になり、道中石畳になるため大きな荷物の場合は空港や駅からタクシーの方が良いかもしれません。 マルティンモニス駅はメトロの駅もあり、トラムの28番線の始発になるので観光には便利です。滞在中ずっと28番を乗り降りし、観光地を網羅できました。 ホテルは最高でした。スタッフの方がテキパキ動いていて、とても気配りができる方ばかり。朝食の時にジュースはいかが？と全ての方に声をかけていました。 チェックイン前に荷物を預け、戻ったらすでに荷物も部屋まで入れて下さいました。 周囲の環境は下町なので、夜遅くなるとタクシーなどに帰宅がおすすめ。 静かに過ごすには良いと思います。 またリスボンに行く時はお邪魔したいです！二泊しかしなかったのがもったいないです。もっとゆっくり滞在したいです。

スタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧で、はじめてリスボンに滞在しましたが安心して過ごすことが出来ました。お部屋も綺麗で、朝食も美味しく大満足です。また利用したいです。

メイン広場付近から坂を上がった場所にあるゲストハウスです。アクセスはメトロ、エアポートバスが使え、観光には便利な場所にあります。ただし、階段や坂を登らないといけない為、自身の体力と相談の上、予約をお勧めします。 スタッフも24時間おり、朝食も種類が多く楽しめます。 また、部屋も清潔でベットメイキングは毎日してくれます。 ただし、防音は弱い為、廊下から帰宅して来た人の声が時々聞こえます。但し、どの宿泊者も気を遣ってくれてます。 他、空港送迎アレンジなどの対応してもらえます。 テラスから観るリスボンの町並みはとてもよく、スタッフの対応も気持ちが良かったです。体力があり上記の点が気にならない方はお勧めなゲストハウスです。

かなり坂を登りますが、リスボンの素晴らしい眺望を楽しめました。 スタッフ対応素晴らしく、4:30pmチェックアウト時、朝食ボックス用意されてました。 タクシーで空港まで15分、18ユーロで手配して頂きました。

The hotel is an older but well renovated building. The room was pleasant with ac and a city view. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was that the room had no usb ports - an odd thing in today’s modern world. However, would highly recommend.

Rommene og badet er ikke så stort, men det er stort nok og godt innredet. Frokosten var veldig god og det var spesielt fint at det var noe litt annet enn det man får på alle hotellfrokoster. Her var det eggmuffins, ulike quicher hver dag, frukt og kaker. De ansatte var også veldig hyggelige og ga gode tips til ting å gjøre i byen.

Lovely stay with family. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast choice was superb with eggs made to order. The room, albeit small, had everything we wanted, was clean and most important the bed was very comfortable. The location was great walking distance to city centre but beware Lisbon is hilly!! We used Bolt a few times at the end of an evening out. If you want a restaurant away from tourists and a short walk go up the hill to the park where you’ll find a lovely Italian restaurant

I stayed for four nights, and I was very pleased with my stay. I can really recommend this hotel. The room and the bathroom was clean, and well equipped. The employees was friendly and helpful . The breakfast was excellent, and leftovers and coffee was available during the day. The view from the roof terrace was beautiful. My only complaint was the location, which.is almost at the top on steep and kong hill. Walking down was no problem, but I preferred taking an Uber back late at night. My friends lived in Amalfi, but I prefer staying at this part of the city,, and close to the city center, as I did last time I was here ( but in a different hotel) Thank you to the staff for a great stay, and I wish you all a wonderful summer.

Location and breakfast were great. Staff was very friendly. Size of double room only accommodates bed which is totally fine. However, the bathroom smelled like raw sewage. The price point did not match the experience.

From a very friendly check in to a helpful city map of local highlights to a clean and beautiful room, our stay at Quinta Colina was incredible. Delicious breakfast each morning with so many options to fit everyone’s needs. Our room was complete with everything you need to comfortable stay but our view is what made the stay unforgettable. Staff went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend

Reviews about this place were very accurate. Rooms are clean and functional, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is outstanding with a lot of attention to detail. Area was very quiet but convenient enough to be able to walk to many lively areas.

De kamers waren heel proper. Leuk gemeenschappelijk terrasje met mooi zicht. Super vriendelijk personeel. Heel lekker ontbijt. Ligt niet ver van het centrum.

This is a gem of a place. Friendly and helpful staff. Quaint well kept building on a quiet street. Their breakfast is awesome, with pastries, charcuterie, excellent coffee and tea. Eggs and bacon and quiche. The roof top terrace is amazing. Make it a priority to spend some time relaxing there. They have wine and beverages for sale too. Very close walking to other attractions. It is very hilly to get there from one direction, complain wisely. I would stay again.
