精算の際に100euro以上も高額な金額でカードを切られました。抗議し予約している金額との差分を返金してもらいましたが悪びれるそぶりもなくで不信感が強かったです。 また、電話でビアオープナーを頼んだ際も、持ってくよと言われてから一向にこず、手に入らずでした。 Wifiも弱く、4つ星にしては、、？という点が多かった印象です - They charged over 100 euros more than the actual fee at check in - Reception call never do what you asked for - Wifi is weak Not a 4 star hotel

Excellent staff. Helpful and friendly. Two beautiful tennis courts. Breathtaking views. Massimo. Negina. Benoit. Giuseppe. Don’t have all the names of all the great staff. Spa and swimming pool world class. Short ride to Monte Carlo country club. Uber rides but more cost effective than taxis. Monte Carlo does not allow uber only taxis.

Voici un avis que vous pourriez laisser : “Décevant pour le prix. La chambre est très basique, sans charme particulier, et le rapport qualité-prix n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous. De plus, aucun savon n’était disponible dans la douche, ce qui est un minimum attendu dans un hôtel. Expérience globalement décevante.”

Très bel hotel ,calme , reposant . Massage et spa tres relaxant et accueillant , personnel au top. Très bon restaurant et surtout superbe vue

They forfore to clean the room the first day

Terrible water pressure … such an awkward bathroom … my guess we got placed into a room with handicap access - no bathtub … the second bed was made from a foldable couch, very uncomfortable and noisy … for 1 night - it did the job .. would I stay there again - I don’t think so.

Une catastrophe Hôtel viellissant Service ne parle bien le français et malpoli Rideaux déchirés, murs abimés .. SPA payant non précisé AVANT la réservation ! Publicité mensongère Cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles, il ne mérite aucune étoile. A bannir, du standing s'une auberge de jeunesse

Une vue magnifique sur la mer avec une jolie terrasse, chambre spacieuse. Petit bémol suite à une odeur persistante en rentrant dans la chambre et côté non pratique du gel douche à l'opposé dans la baignoire donc risque de glisse. Dîner le soir assez moyen car beaucoup trop long pour un plat servi tiède. Par contre petit déjeuner très correct et nous avons pu avoir un jus d'orange frais sur demande

Luxury hotel but in price only. Amenities sub par. Isolated location. Cheap instant coffee Cheap linen Expensive Restaurant but a great ocean view. I guess that is what you’re paying for.

This hotel is amazing! It is a little way from EZE but lovely views, beautiful hotel and great staff! I would love to come back here for a more extended stay
