最高の景観でした！ アクセスも良くお勧めです！

【良かったポイント】 1LDKタイプの部屋に宿泊しました。 窓から見える景色は最高です。朝食を指定した時間に部屋まで運んでくれるので、素晴らしい景色を見ながら食べることができ贅沢気分を味わえます。 朝食内容はパンが4種類位、エッグタルト(ナタ)、ハム&チーズ、フルーツ2種類、絞りたてオレンジジュースといった内容でお腹は十分に満たされます。 コーヒーは部屋に備え付けのものが3種類×2セットあり、不足分はフロントで購入可能とのことでした。 部屋とバスルームの広さも十分で、シャワーは取り外しも可能のタイプです。 フロントの女性は２名(フレンドリーな方とクールな方でした)に対応していただきましたが、特に過不足なしといった感じです。 以前他の方の口コミにあった、エアコンが効かなかったという問題ですが、冬でも特に問題ありませんでした。ただ、自分で温度設定をすることが出来ないタイプのようで、初めに設定温度を確認されました。オンオフは行うことができます。 【マイナスポイント】 眺めの良い部屋をリクエストしていましたが2階の部屋に案内されました。 どこの部屋でもポルトの景色は楽しめますが、2階は目の前の道路からの通行人の視線が気になってしまいます。 変更を申し出ましたが満室を理由に断られました。ですが、ホテルサイトでは同タイプの部屋が空室2部屋となっていたので変えてもらえず残念な気持ちになりました。 また、部屋の掃除が平日のみと記載されていますが、連泊の場合は掃除が入りません。あらかじめ案内が無かったのでこちらもマイナスポイントでした。 タオルはフロントに申告すれば毎日交換してもらえるようですが掃除は別料金となります。 また、部屋に備え付けティッシュペーパーがありませんでした。 キッチンは広々としていますが、なぜか流し台が異様に狭くお皿ひとつ置くスペースもありません。また、すぐ上が棚になっている場所にくりぬかれて作られており、手元に明かりが無いため夜は苦労しました。 ホテルの立地ですが、駅から歩いていくとなるとかなり坂のアップダウンが激しいのでタクシーを利用しました。 階段だけの道もあったりするので大きいスーツケースを持っていると大変かと思います。 マイナスポイントもありますが宿泊中は絶景を楽しむことができるのでオススメです。

Amazing property with an amazing view. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Do not rent a car - hard to find parking. Will stay here again, no question.

The apartment was expertly located right in the middle of everything. It was clean and spacious. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly. The only negative was the pillows were horrible.

Great place to stay to be in the hustle and bustle of Oporto but not too laid or crowded. Great apartments, very clean. Great breakfast brought to your room.

Best location ever! Beautiful views. You can watch the sunset from your window. Spacious and comfortable. Everything is writing walking distance. Loved everything about this place.

Great stay!

A comfortable apartment directly on the river in Vila Nova de Gaia. it had fabulous views of the Luis I bridge and Porto, which was easily accessible by a short stroll over the bridge. We loved watching people on the promenade from our third floor unit. Special mention to Fatima who was so warm, empathetic and accommodating when my daughter was ill and needed rest. She made our stay! Thank you Fatima!

Very friendly. Awesome location with post card like views. In proximity to main activity areas without being overcrowded or unsafe. Great dining options nearby, plus the roof terrace had beautiful views of the river and the historic city
