The building was old, but in good condition and well maintained. This time I got a room with a private sauna and it was very comfortable.

比較的新しい施設で清潔感のある部屋でした。ロバニエミ空港から市内のホテルまでのシャトルバスに乗って施設まで行きましたが、知名度が低いのか、施設名を伝えてもわかってもらえず、住所を見せて近くのシティーホテルで降ろしてもらってから歩いて行きました。主要なホテルからも徒歩ですぐの場所にあり、とても便利なロケーションでした。

The room was great and the staff was amazing. It was really close to city center and with in walking distance to everything. The only things a didn't like is that the bedroom doesn't have a door and if you are looking to use the kitchen to cook and save a little you aren't going to be able to. The fire alarm is really sensitive.

The pictures while booking were slightly misleading, but overall it was good. Shower was super small, and beds were uncomfortable. However, staff was great, and location was perfect.

Didn’t see any staff there, you check in yourself and get a code for the door and room key. Hotel is safe and rooms are nice.

Comfortable and spacious apartment. Felt very much like it was in a residential area, rather than a tourist area. Check-in was rather impersonal - all done online and access via key code and safe box.

Room had a sauna

Nosotros lo reservamos creyendo que era “hotel” xq así viene catalogado en la página pero no es así, ya que no tienen servicio de hotel. Es un lugar muy viejito, adecuadamente cuidado pero si se le notan los años encima. La recepción trabaja un par de horas al día y el restaurante no abre en las tardes ni en las noches así que no deberían anunciar que cuentan con este servicio, deben ser claros en esta información xq a -16 grados queríamos cenar ahí mismo pero no hay servicio así que siempre debíamos salir a buscar donde comer. No se limpia el cuarto ningún día, ni se saca la basura, si uno quiere una toalla limpia (estuvimos 6 días) hay que pagar 5€ x cada una en caso de pedir toallas limpias. La habitación principal no tiene puerta y da a la cocina, así q no hay privacidad y si alguien va a la cocina y prende la luz seguramente te despertarán. En el baño existe “media puerta” en la regadera, así que se sale el agua. Sinceramente creemos que no es correcta la relación calidad-precio y las estrellas que le colocan. Es caro para lo que ofrece. X ese precio hay otros lugares ahí mismo que si son hoteles en forma y tienen restaurante y alberca. Este lugar no cuenta con amenidades.

Hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Location is great, everything is literally around the corner, while accommodation was specious and quiet.

The suite was perfect for my family of four. We walked into town for dinner. It was a great place to stay and we would happily return.

This was a fantastic suite. Comfortable, spacious, clean. Had basic supplies for cooking. Suite is super conveniently located, just steps from the center of everything! Staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. Bedding was clean and very comfortable. The suite had a very spacious sauna, could fit 6 persons. And a large antechamber to sauna, with 2 shower heads. Suite provided towels, toilet paper, coffee (pods) and sugar/creamer. Hand soap. I did not see shampoo or conditioner, so we purchased that at a market just a few meters away. It provided dish soap and dishwasher tablets. Full kitchen. Rooftop terrace was smaller but fantastic. The suite was very warm and not adjustable. Plentiful room darkenkng curtains. Check in process was easy and as described in check in information. They provide a detailed information packet about 2 or 3 days before your arrival. They provided sleds for the kiddos. Uber isnplentiful and easy access everywhere.

So pleased we stayed three nights here. We arrived out of hours and the instructions were straight forward. The suite was clean and a good size (mum, dad and 3 young children) Short walk to bus stop to Santa village Short walk to angry Birds park Shirt walk to the town and a 24hr convenience store. Nice safe surrounding area. Zero issues. Breakfast was also very nice. The staff very helpful.

Très bon séjour en famille 4 nuits au Golden Circle Suite de Rovaniemi dans une suite très confortable à la décoration soignée et chaleureuse avec 2 chambres séparées un séjour, une cuisine et un sauna privatif. Bon accueil du personnel. Hôtel central et proche de toutes les commodités, restaurants, commerces à 5 min à pied. 2 suggestions d’amélioration : - portes/ séparation à l’entrée de chacune des 2 chambres de la suite ( il n’y en avait pas ) - petit déjeuner buffet assez médiocre pour le standing de l’hôtel et le prix de l’option petit déjeuner ( jus d’orange industriel; myrtilles et autres fruits surgelés… peu de choix ).

Sauna inside the room is good

The property is in a good location and the rooms are clean. We probably wouldn’t stay again because there is no door on the main bedroom and we booked a suite rather than a hotel room because we wanted some privacy from our 12 yr old child. The main bed was two singles put together rather than a double which we would have preferred. The coffee machine didn’t seem to work although we followed the instructions exactly. However it was perfectly adequate accommodation for one night and the kitchen seemed well equipped. The check in process was clear and straightforward

Good location with some self-catering activities. However given the rates we were paying for the peak time of the year, some basics let the place down. No breakfast option on site(need to self cater); plates and cutlery were dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly from the previous customer. I also followed up on my Expedia VIP benefits and got no answer two days later by the time we checked out. Would not stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful, location was good too. Sauna in the room was an added comfort. Would recommend staying here!
