Great location in the centre of town. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and had everything we needed, even washing bags.

部屋に到着した際、タオルが清潔ではありませんでした。フロントに来てもらうために電話をかけなければなりませんでした。さらに、「ルームメイクしないでください」のサインを出していなかったにもかかわらず、ハウスキーピングが部屋に入ってゴミを拾い、エアコンを消し、汚れたカップを取らず、ベッドも整えませんでした。これは受け入れられないことであり、このホテルを誰かに勧めることはできないと思います

Nice hotel and location

This guest house was very safe and convenient. You are close to the train station. There are good eats near by as well as convenience stores.

Eigentlich eine super tolle Unterkunft, nur das WLAN ist leider so schlecht, dass wir uns damit viel geärgert haben. Konnten uns teilweise gar nicht einloggen bei unserem Zimmer. War bei uns das einzige Hotel in Japan, bei dem das so schlecht war.

I loved this place. The people are very nice, and the room is bigger than most Japanese hotels.

the room wa fine and had a separate room, Japanese style for eating, TV only in Japanese. But the main problem was being able to find it each night as it. is in a small unlit street and bothnights I had to ask people to help me find my way back.

The guesthouse is located in a residential area, very peaceful, but restaurants, cafes, bus and metro stops, and convenience stores are within walking distance. The host was lovely. She tried her best to talk to us in English. The room we had was enough for three persons, though we would have liked to have more space to open our luggages. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Our stay was comfortable. We love to stay here again.

溫馨舒適~很值得推荐!!老闆娘親自接待，親切、說話語調很溫柔，可以中文溝通非常方便；這次旅行入住5晚，老闆娘把最後二天的房間升等，實在是太開心了!! 下次來京都還是會考慮住這裡:-)

The guesthouse was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and it is located somewhat centrally to most attractions.

Métro in der Nähe, ausisch von Zimmer. Aber klein Bett.

The property is clean and quiet, close to main attraction points. Kyoto train station is only one subway stop or about 15 -20 min walk depending on your pace. You can chose to prepare your breakfast there or walk to the nearby cafes. The staff is very nice and accommodating if you need something.

This is a good place for resting,taking the bus to anywhere is also convenient. It has the little kitchen for free,and provide the humidifier in the room.It really sweat for foreigner. I will recommend to you to reserve the room here.
