ホテルが取れなかったから仕方ないけど1人で泊まっても2人でも割り当てられたスペースが一緒のサイズ。2度と泊まることはない。

スタッフ皆様親切、場所もビレッジのど真ん中。ユーザーの民度も高いです。 去年もとまりました。またリピートします。 朝ごはんも5ドルで食べれます。男性には少ないかもですが、アジア人女子はこの量で満足です。

カプセルホテルではあるが、思ったより静かな環境であった。（隣人次第ではうるさくなってしまう可能性はある） シャワールームにはシャンプーとボディソープが置いてある。 ドライヤーはフロントで借りることができる。 外付けロッカーはあるが鍵はない。フロントで南京錠を売っているが40CADほどかかる。 防犯上気になるけれどロッカー用の鍵を持ってきていない場合は、私物はロッカーではなく自室内に置いておいた方が良い。

日本以外でも、きれいなカプセルホテルがあることがわかったという印象。 ちょっとしか時間がなかったので、ウィスラーの素晴らしいホテルには泊まることがかなわなかったが、ちょっと泊まるなら悪くない。 シャワー等もきれい。サービスもしっかりしていた。 但し、日本人は、貴重品に気を付けた方がいいです。 北米の人は、何人もが、財布など貴重品もカプセルの外にバッグと一緒にはだかで置きっぱなしにしていて驚いた。

Whistler スキー場 (ゴンドラ乗り場) まで徒歩2-3分の好立地です。いわゆるカプセルホテルですが、日本のカプセルホテルと比べると 1.5 倍くらいの広さがあります。スーツケースもカプセル内に持ち込みますが、チェーンはあるものの鍵はないので、長めのワイヤーと鍵を持って行くことをお奨めします。(近所のスーパーなどで購入も可能) スキー板、ヘルメット、ブーツ置き場も別にありますし、フロントスタッフも親切ですし、カフェ・レストランも美味しいです。 シャワー、トイレは共同ですが、清潔に保たれてますし、利用に関して全く問題はありませんでした。 カプセルホテルということを理解して泊まれば、コスト、立地、スタッフの質は非常に良いです。

Good place to stay

Amazing staff, good energy, atmosphere is comfortable even when in a pod and randoms around. Thank you to the pod staff for helping me with a situation I had it got resolved quickly and without stress. Would definitely come here again!

The place is overall quite great the only issue i had was the AC did not really work and I was overly hot in the middle of the night making it harder to sleep

Good central location. Helpful staff and very respectful fellow travellers. The facility is spotless,the beds are comfortable and the bedding and towels are excellent quality For sure a different hotel experience,but the quality for the price is great. I've stayed there many times as I have family in Whistler , it helps me to be able to afford to visit more often.

I booked five nights and loved every minute of it. Good food, great staff, and I slept very well in my pod!

Great location only short walk to the lifts. The pod itself was relatively spacious for a solo traveller. Like all hostel type places there was lots of politely trying to pack/unpack/dress around other room mates with limited room for bags - esp with ski gear/clothing.

Excellent place to stay. Everything was very clean. Loved the showers… bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great location.

Room is clean, the wash basin needs to be clean or sanitized more often. There just too much people are using it. Not everyone is very considerating…

I have enjoyed the place except for this morning, which I was charged for the first time for putting a yellow backpack that did not fit inside their small luggage behind the front desk!!!! A suddenly popped out rule by the front desk guy as if it was on the spott a personal made rule without having any notion of notice on the wall explaining about this rule for everybody. Sooo unproffesional. I told him why previously and yesterday there was not such a rule!!! He insisted and I paid! But it left me with a very negative impression which I have to think if ai want to go back again or encourage my friends to go there. Such a pitty, becauee I generally liked the place and all other staff.

Having never stayed in this type of hotel I was pleasantly surprised. Had a side entry pod which was surprisingly roomy for what it was. Great set up with the fan for air circulation and noise cancelling. Wouldn’t want to spend a week but for a night or two it was great. Lots of washroom and shower spaces as well.
