ホテルの場所はSãoBento駅からも近くとても便利です。 どの部屋も綺麗でとても居心地が良いです。シャワーのお湯の量に制限があったようで、途中で水しか出なくなるというハプニングに遭遇しましたが、コンシェルジュが夜中でもすぐに対応してくれました。 落ち着いた空間で頂く朝食も美味しくお薦めです。

アプリからのメールにもよく回答してくれた。着いたら最初に、周辺の観光情報とアパートメントの使い方を丁寧に説明してくれる(英語)。スタッフは皆感じ良く、聞けば色々と教えてくれる。朝食ブッフェはキッチンがホールにあり、マダムがライブで支度してくれてる感じ。酸味のないフルーツを細かくカットされたミックスに、冷やされたヨーグルトやナッツを好みでかけて食べるのとか、楽しく、美味しい。建物の正面は階段なので重いキャリーを持ち上げたくなければ右手に随分と大回りすれば階段は使わずに済む。立地が良いので、基本的に徒歩でもポルトの主な観光施設は回れる。(丸２日くらいは欲しい）部屋は写真の通り超広く快適。テレビチャンネルも多い。洗濯機の使い方も習って、洗濯出来て良かった。ハンガーは7個位あったが物干しはなかった。(乾燥機は時間かかる。) シャワー自体は快適だが、床が割とフラットなので水浸しになりやすい。毎日部屋の掃除お願いしていれば解決するが、バスマットも余り近くに置かない方が良いと思う。部屋についているコーヒーメーカー(Delta)のコーヒー、早い、うまい。歴史ある建物をお金をかけて内装を整備されたような印象。ひとつ、サンベント駅から徒歩でキャリー持って行く人は、遠くはないですが、石畳みの坂道に圧倒されないよう…。

ロケーションもお部屋も最高でした、コンディションは最高でないのは、リビングの蛍光灯の球が無かったのとゴミ箱が少なかった為です。ポルトに行くならまた利用します！

Atención : excelente! Los jóvenes de la recepción muy amables y diligentes. Te pueden ayudar para elegir lugares a visitar . Ubicación: espectacular. Cerca de todo, pero sin ser entorno Ruidoso. Siempre se agradece dormir bien. Loft del primer piso muy bien equipado! Amplio y con dos baños. Calefaccion funciona perfecto. Jardin interior lindo y acogedor. Tienen estacionamiento. En la zona en que está Ubicado es imprescidible. Hay , eso si, un cargo. Pero se entiende Desayuno muy bien. Muy recomendable !!

A lovely place with first class staff and a great breakfast

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location close to the famous bridge, old town and the shopping area - all within walking distance. We had the loft apartment between three of us and it was spacious and clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, unique property in a great location in Porto, within easy walking distance to all major sites. Plenty of space for our family of four. Clean, beautifully designed apartment with a delicious daily breakfast. Wonderful service - kind, helpful concierge staff. Thank you!

This is an amazing place to stay in Porto! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Convenient to everything you want to do. The staff is beyond helpful and courteous. We loved the ladies at breakfast. It was a great start to the day. Duarte made us feel at home from the second we checked in. I highly recommend

The location is fabulous for exploring the town, and the concierge is friendly and will provide the best recommendations. We loved Porto, and having this hotel as our stepping stone for our explorations with our family of four, made our trip easy, memorable and great. Quiet rooms made for a good night sleep, laundry facilities, parking, great breakfast, right in the heart of it all. What more could you ask for?

We really enjoyed our stay at “ the palace” Wonderful location in old town. Fantastic room! Super clean, comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen with clothes washer and dishwasher. If only the weather had been better we would have totally enjoyed the garden we could access right from the room. The included breakfast was in a cosy little room with a family like atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Awesome place. Old palace that was beautiful. Fantastic location with on site parking. Breakfast was delicious and picnic breakfast provided when we had an early departure. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was incredibly spacious. Also had laundry in our apartment. Highly recommend.

The facility was historic and well organized as well as centrally located. There was lots of space making an extended stay very comfortable.

I will not suggest this place to anyone. It’s specials but poorest service, bathrooms not working properly. No front desk service, it’s extremely difficult to get someone in front desk. Too costly and not worth
