出張でよく利用するホテル。高速I495の88番出口であるChelmsford/Lowellインターの近くにあるホリデーインエクスプレス。建物は割と新しい。典型的な郊外ホテルで普通に良い。朝食は6時からで無料なので手早く済ませるのに良い。高速側の部屋は少しうるさいが慣れてる人なら気にならないレベル。駐車場が広く駐車で困ることはない。

The reception was friendly. The room layout was nice, however powder outlets had issues, specially USB outlets do not work very well. The breakfast service was nice, food had ample options and sraff were attentive and caring. Overall we had a pleasant experience.

Exceeded expectations

We traveled with family to create some photography on the area of Boston. This is a very clean and well maintained hotel. Customer service and housekeeping did a great job. It offers a balanced and hot breakfast with several options of fruits, dairy, cereal, and eggs. They were consistent in offering two types of omellets and scramble eggs also. Also, I was pleasantly surprised they offered pork and turkey sausages for those who prefer a pork free diet. I recomend this hotel.

I strongly recommend this place, it was an amazing stay, the cleanliness, the staff was fantastic.

Power was off on fridge in room and didnt find until unpacked and returned from getting food. Had to repack and bring everything back downstairs along with food so i could swap rooms. The staff was great handling it. It was just a lot that night when i had to be up at 5:00 am.

Clean rooms, clean hotel, and nice staff. Breakfast had good options except for the last morning, Sunday, when they were short eggs and meat. Said it was due to delivery issue.

Either entire operation was very professional and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was excellent!

Poor management our room doir lock stopped working, took too long for them to grt us back in our room. Also the breakfast was nonexistent they had signs about food shortage. Should have been better prepared on a holiday .

Comfortable beds!

The room was dirty and the floors were dirty. But the area was good for food and walking.

Hotel was clean, good breakfast but the service was awful. First I got there at 3, I booked 2 rooms one for me and one for my parents, we wanted close rooms, neither of the rooms were ready, I told them I was able to wait but they were not interested. I ended up not having the room together. The second thing that just made me super mad was when going into the elevator we got in. There was a men that work there, he got mad at us because we enter the elevator. He made a not pleasant comment and exit out the elevator. The 3rd issue was the pool, they don’t explain that the pool is close Sundays after 12 and Mondays on the website. I booked it because I wanted my kids to go to the pool, I got there and the pool was closed. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable but the service was awful.

Check in was very easy. Room was very clean. It seems odd to have the pool close so early on a Saturday night.
