週末のお祭り騒ぎの騒音が、ほとんど聞こえなく、快適に眠れました。

ワイハイつぶれて パーキングも 誰か 勝手に停めてる DVDも つぶれてた。

ホテルは立地が大変良く、ゴールドコーストに滞在するにはオススメの場所です。 ただ、チェックイン時に滞在時の注意点や設備の使い方など野説明がなかったため、本当にいちいち問合せをする必要があり負担だった。 日本には無いタイプの換気扇の使い方が分からなくて、困った。 食器洗浄機は壊れていて１回も使えず、エンジニアを呼んでくれると言ったものの結局滞在中には修理はしてもらえなかった。 室内清掃、タオルやトイレットペーパーなどの補充はない。 洗濯機や乾燥機の使い方（ホコリの取り方など）も表示さえあれば簡単にできるはずが、日本ではあまり使用されない旧式洗濯機のため使い方がよく分からなかった。 ゴミも回収があるかと思っていたら、最終日にチェックイン時に部屋を奇麗にしておくようにとメールでの指示にダストシュートがあると教えられる始末。 場所やプールやBBQ設備、景色などは本当に良くて気持ち良く過ごせた度ではありましたが、滞在者が不安にならずに過ごせるように、滞在にあたっての説明書のようなものを作った方が良いと思いました。

Property was beautiful. Staff were excellent and we were very happy with the service and location . The only thing I didn’t like was the 3pm check in. It wasn’t ideal especially arriving on the Gold Coast at 7.30am, it was a long wait Otherwise I would be happy to stay there again

Great View

This apartment was dirty and run down. Beds were sagging and old, linen poor, pillows old and lumpy. The lounge was so filthy and smelt I wouldn’t even let my kids sit on it. Furniture old and peeling. Curtains old and not black out. Positive is we only stayed 3 nights.

Great hotel amazing unit 👌 very tidy and clean with nice partly ocean views, have everything we need for easy stay , with Woolworth just downstairs very handy and tram in just one minute walk outside the hotel make our holiday great

Like this place right next to cavil Avenue but down side its very confusing if you haven't been there before but once you there you know where to go

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Great location

This is my fourth trip to gold coast but first time I stayed at Qstay property. I stayed there for four nights with 3 people. Cheap thing is they have supplied only one toilet roll, no direction for parking and parking is complicated. Toilet door handle was broken. You can turn on either lounge aircon or bedroom. We can’t turn on both together.

The property is in perfect location with everything you need around you. I did feel the apartment was quite warn for its age, carpet was warn and unit needed some repairs to bring back to a standard

It was an amazing overall experience

Beautiful apartment with great locations. Walking distance to most of the places/restaurant we wish to visit. We managed to see a bit of the New Year fireworks. It is a pity that most of it got blocked by Hilton and Pepper Soul near by. Would be perfect if toiletries such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner are readily available like some other apartments that we have stayed in prior.

Great location, easy access to beach however I would have preferred great service which we didn’t get for the coin you’re spending. There was alot of miscommunication around the check-in process if you do it outside 3pm to 5pm. While booking on Expedia it doesn’t disclose these little details that can make the experience unpleasant.
