Though it's stated as MGM Palace homestay, the location is at DCarlton Resort. Poor facilities. No kitchen, just a sink. No Aircon in the 3rd room. Dirty and dusty. A very small space apartment. Not up to expectations.

Our room was beautiful night view, very comfortable and very quiet

Its 3 rooms and 1 bathroom,so we have to take turns,we were 6 of us. And water pressure in the bathroom,was too slow. Balcony,no tables or chairs and floor was dirty. The Tv was in the room with and cant even watch as there is no signal. The living hall,thats sucks,small sofa 2 seater,so small space. Overall its useless
