スタッフのサービスがとても良かった。チェックインの時にとても親切に案内してもらったのと、レストランやカフェのスタッフもとてもフレンドリーで楽しく過ごすことができました。

最近改装されたらしく、清潔感もあり、広い。それでいて、USFのオフィシャルホテル。ディズニー最低ランクのオフィシャルより手頃な料金で快適。ディズニーと関係ない予定ならこちらを使います。

シャワーヘッドをかけるところが壊れていた

施設が綺麗で心地よく、パーク行きのバスの本数も多くてよかった。 ただ、シャワーのお湯がぬるいのだけ気になった。

Loved that the pool closed late ! Loved that they had 2 bedroom suites with 3 queen beds! Shuttles made it easy to get around as well!

Came to stay for Easter break with the family. Love that the price was fair with early admission to Universal. We were allowed to check in at 0700 and leave bags and enjoy a day without worrying about parking and belongings. Rooms were great for four with 2 queen beds. Staff was very friendly.

Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, clean and buses to universal studios every 15 minutes from 7am to 1am.

First time staying very enjoyable

Dieses Hotel bietet alles um einen mehrtägigen Parkaufenthalt zu vervollständigen. Man taucht dadurch vollends in die Bubble Universal ein zu einem nicht günstigen, aber bezahlbaren und der Leistung entsprechenden Preis ein. Wir kommen wieder.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 7 days. The property was nice. Quiet and convenient to the surrounding areas. Room cleanliness could have been a bit better. During the 7 days I believe the room was cleaned twice. But the floors were not vacuumed or swept, either time. When we requested something it arrived though, great service there.

Excelente! Uma única observação é sobre a acústica dos quartos, as paredes são bem finas, mas não me incomodou, adorei a estadia! O hotel é muito bom!

Very clean, nice and modern rooms which surprised me for being a value resort. Layout was conducive to the guest experience and use.

It's located in an area that has a walgreens, and a few restaurants other than the resort. The shuttles to and from the parks/resorts are great. We paid less than $10 to uber to Icon park... Which is where rhe Orlando Eye is. Pretty good location for keeping transportation costs low. Since you have to oay for parking pretty much everywhere you go, i found that rental vehicles cost more than planning ahead and doing your research.

Great service and the shuttles and location were fantastic! Hotel was clean and the atmosphere was great. I would stay again.
