ホテルはとても綺麗でした。ホテル前の道路を挟んでドラッグストアがあって、足りない物の補充にも便利。空港からは30分程で、今回はウーバータクシーを使いました。3ベッドルームがあったので、3人それぞれでベッドが利用できました。 食事がしやすいようにダイニングテーブルと椅子もあって食事がしやすかったです。電子レンジもありましたがケトルは無し。冷蔵庫はありますが、冷凍庫はないです。カップは全てディスポの物でした。 清掃は入らず、タオルとコップのみ取り替えてくれます。 建物も室内も綺麗だし、何よりドラッグストアがあると便利です。

スタッフのサービスがとても良かった。チェックインの時にとても親切に案内してもらったのと、レストランやカフェのスタッフもとてもフレンドリーで楽しく過ごすことができました。

最近改装されたらしく、清潔感もあり、広い。それでいて、USFのオフィシャルホテル。ディズニー最低ランクのオフィシャルより手頃な料金で快適。ディズニーと関係ない予定ならこちらを使います。

シャワーヘッドをかけるところが壊れていた

施設が綺麗で心地よく、パーク行きのバスの本数も多くてよかった。 ただ、シャワーのお湯がぬるいのだけ気になった。

Stayed for a week with friends to go to the Universal parks and HHN and this is always an excellent hotel option. Clean rooms, incredible staff and great amenities. Can't wait to book my next trip!!!!

Pool area has ample seating and towel stations. Plenty of food options available. All staff I encountered were very friendly. The daily housekeeping just needs improvement. They make beds and change towels, but I would have appreciated the floor being swept when it needed it.

Größter Vorteil das separate Schlafzimmer. Transfer und Early Entry in die Universal Parks sind super. Zentrale Lage. Schöner Pool. Auch zu später Stunde noch Essen im Foodcourt verfügbar. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört sehr viel vom Flur und den Nebenzimmern (Toilettenspülung). Selbst bei ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage hört man das Grundrauschen der anderen Klimaanlagen. Ist aber ein typisches Problem der US-Bauweise aus Zahnstochern. Sollte einen aber nicht stören, wenn man müde genug vom Tag im Park ist. Die Parkgebühren am Hotel sind leider völlig überteuert. Also nächstes Mal wieder ein Disney Hotel mit freiem Parken.

The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to provide excellent service and an enjoyable stay. The walls are thin - at 3 am on Sunday morning after Halloween Horror nights ended, a herd of teens rampaged through the building waking everyone and misbehaving. For quietest stay request top floor farthest from the elevator. Loved the smoked towels, clean rooms, and well appointed kitchenette. Clean and spacious - rooms are much bigger than at Portofino. Could use a few more food options like at Portofino.

Staff was attentive and efficient. The pool was very nice and staffed with life guards. The two bedroom room was a bit small but functional. The in room refrigerator had plenty of space for extra food.

Quick to check in! Room was spacious and clean. The area itself is safe, lots of people walk to surrounding businesses.

The room was nice and large, very clean and had a lovely view out over the pool. All staff members have been friendly and attentive when asked for assistance. The free shuttle buses to the universal parks as well as the early access makes this hotel a must for park goers
