Clean, warm room. Big bathroom. TV signal unreliable but didn't bother us. Stayed in the rooms in annexe over-looking lovely gardens. Walls a bit thin so could hear upstairs a bit. Plenty of parking and walkable to Hooton station.

Staff helpful, breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced. Pretty view from room. Got a free upgraded room too which was a lovely surprise thank you.

Very helpful, polite and professional staff at the hotel. Rooms cleaned daily without even asking. Bar & Restaurant has good options on food and drink. Easy checking in/out process.

Room was clean but very basic for what was advertised as a superior suite, not enough towels and had to go back to reception to get a hair dryer. breakfast was a bit unorganised and not very clear on the continental side of things, had to ask for sugar and butter, although the main course itself was very good.

Very pleasant,quiet,well maintained,spacious accommodation with lots of clothes hanging space.Big bathroom with shower, though was quite a high shower base to step into. Did not used any of hotel facilities ( bar or restaurant) but enjoyed view from room over charming garden area. Accommodation block well away from hotel so not disturbed at all by Tom Jones tribute night!

room was clean and tidy. staff were very helpful. breakfast menu was very good and we had the continental breakfast with a good range of food and drink. also had evening meal which was superb.

Parking was easy. Comfortable walk to hooton train station. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Food is excellent especially Cajun wedges. Rooms are basic but ask the staff for fridge, hairdryer etc and they’ll provide. Place was quiet. They had a large function with over 100 people Saturday night and no impact to us. Beautiful gardens

Room very clean, staff pleasant but the music downstairs was far too loud - all you could hear on the second floor was the thumping bass. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Ideally situated for us to get to the main attractions near by. Plenty of car parking spaces. Reception very helpful. My room was very spacious bed a bit on the hard side but there’s nothing like your own bed. Bathroom en-suite and both were immaculately clean. We ate at the hotel and that was also of a good standard. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

From the moment we went through their front door to reception we received a warm welcome and all the staff where really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was excellent and of plenty.I will definitely stay again if am in the area again.

Reception staff friendly on arrival. Explained everything we needed to know straight away. Room very clean, warm on arrival. Came back late evening and required food. We ordered at the bar and they personally called me to say food was ready and would deliver to me. I collected and they helped without asking. All staff very helpful and friendly.

Great hotel booked for next year

This accommodation was clean and the staff were all very friendly. It was within 10 minutes walking distance from the Metro which was great for exploring Liverpool and Chester.
