スタッフはフレンドリーで親切だった。

部屋の掃除はコロナのため、前日に言わないとしないということを伝えられていなかった。2日目の夜に掃除を依頼したが、翌日掃除はなかった。フロントに問いあわせたが、別のフロントマンから手違いと説明を受けお詫びにコーラをくれた。依頼はしたが翌日の掃除もされおらず、同じフロントマンに文句を言ったところ、スナック菓子を手渡された。私たちがなめられただけかもしれないが、結局、掃除・タオル交換は6泊中、1日しかなかった。タオルは別の部屋を清掃中の台車から入手した。 人手不足解消と人件費削減のスタンスがなかなかのものと思った。

ハウスキーピングは、原則、５日目にしかしないと書かれており、それ以外で望むなら２４時間前にフロントへということでした。しかし、最初３日間、毎日依頼しましたが、ハウスキーピングはなく、途中で依頼することを諦めました。結局、７日目にチェックアウトするまでありませんでした。 これで同じ料金なら詐欺に近い感じです。部屋や広く、きれいで、お湯も問題なく出て、施設的には問題はありませんでしたが。

Clean and safe property

Front desk staff was a hard working guy overcoming medical hardships and should be applauded. Breakfast was good. Good location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Gym was actually pretty good. However, this was the worst Hampton Inn in which I have stayed. The Eco Friendly aspect has ruined this hotel chain. New hotel but you have to flush the eco friendly toliet 10 times to get anything to flush. You have to restart the gas firepit on back patio every 30seconds bc of the timer. No microwaves in the room and the microfridges in the rooms are the worst. We stayed at an older Hampton Inn the day before and it was awesome.

Difficult to get too but the hotels remodel is beautiful.

We went to Pittsburgh for a night ball game and did an online check-in from the game for the "after 10:00 PM" check-in time slot. Upon arriving at the hotel around 11:00 PM we had to go to the front desk due to the digital key not being available (stating that the room was still being prepared) and were informed that our room had just been cleaned due to them being short-staffed. The sheets appeared to be clean but the floor had not been swept and had hair and debris on it; the toilet seat also had dried feces smeared on it.

I stayed at a hampton inn a few weeks ago and it was the most pleasant experience. So clean. Beds so comfortable. Really was looking forward to stayingbat thai location and wow how disappointing.... I barely can fall asleep. Beds are horrendously uncomfortable. Ice machine broken. Floors throughout are disgusting. Room was half assed cleaned. Mirror had a film on it. Half eaten apple downstairs under the seat in the dining area I picked up.... Bood stains on bedding.... I had to ask for another set of blankets. Also $15 more for pet fee....

Great property and I will stay there again!

It was a nice, friendly place to stay.

one elevator was out of service, increasing wait times... otherwise all was excelent. ice maker (4th floor) seemed to make ice, but constantly had a sound of water running...thought it might have a stuck float?

Would stay again. Loved the area. Great location with easy access to the Interstate and Turnpike. The area is a beautiful, growing community with a great variety of shopping and food. The staff was helpful and friendly. We ran out of something in our room and within 5 minutes we had a replacement. The beds were a little hard for our liking but realize everyone has different preferences. The rooms were a great size with anything we could have needed.

There were distinct odors in the entrance way, elevator and on floors. Did not smell clean. The rooms however did not smell. The parking is very limited, we had to park at an adjacent parking lot one night.

Very clean and comfortable! Wonderful helpful staff!!

Everything was very nice. Will be sure to stay again when we travel to see our family again.

Very nice room. Chris at the front desk is a wonderful person. Only problem is not sure what the foul smell is from when you walk into the lobby? The hotel is easy to find and in a restaurant friendly area. Have stayed here 3 times and will continue to do so.
