トルーカで開催されるロックフェスに毎日パルケエスパーニャから出発するのに宿泊。 チャプルテペック公園も徒歩圏内で観光にもバッチリ。 外観写真のおかげで何とかたどり着いたがホテルの許可がないのか看板が無いのでわかりにくい。 やっとたどり着いてチェックインしようとしたら「予約聞いてない」と言われ焦る。 オーナーに連絡取ってくれて泊まることは出来たがこの対応には参った。 でも基本マネージャーはじめスタッフはみんな親切だしどこでもこういった手違いはあり得るのでまあ良しとする。 名前の通りスイートルーム（1DKで30㎡超）だから広い！古い建物をリノベーションした施設でまだ年数経ってないのかエレベーターも室内もキレイ！ 気になるのは ①エアコンが無かった。時期的に自分は必要なかったが夏は困るだろうと思った。 ②夜遅くや早朝はシャワーのお湯が出なかった。自分の部屋だけかボイラー自体がそうなっているのか不明だが非常に困った。 でもこの値段でこのグレードは素晴らしい！ また泊まりたいと思った。

Great location and space in Condesa

清潔でコスパーも良く、部屋によっては眺望の抜群だと思う。ただ、設備が旧式すぎるかな…

コンデサエリアに用事があったので、コンデサに位置するこちらのホテルを利用しました。私が利用した部屋は2部屋ベッドルームとシャワールームあって、とても便利でした。キッチンとダイニングもあります。Wi-Fiも良く繋がりました。フロントにいた方も親切で良かったです。ただ、ドライヤー、シャンプー、ボディーソープ、歯ブラシ、冷暖房がありません。タオルはありました。

Muy amable todo el personal, excelente ubicación, habitación limpia

Hotel was mainly good. Two points that were not great, WiFi was not good at times. The second room the mattress was rock hard so my friend had 4 bad night sleeps

Our second stay at the Condesa Suites and cannot be happier with our selection. Easy and smooth check-in even at 11 pm, and location is wonderful - in the middle of the Condesa neighborhood with restaurants and stores nearby, walking distance! Enjoyed our 12 nights stay and will book again for our next trip to CDMX! Keep in mind, this is a locals hotel and being able to speak a little Spanish will help you communicate with the super nice and friendly staff!

The location is great. but both the fridge and the stove top burners don’t work.

The apartments need an urgent remodel. Old and not clean enough. The bathroom was awful, dirty and very old. Pictures in the website were completely off. Very convenient located though. A lot of restaurants around and Condesa never disappoints you!!

This was a surprisingly amazing stay. For its price the location and facilities are excellent. If you want to get a feel of Condessa I highly recommend this place. The location also allowed us to walk everywhere fun in CDMX

Very bad experience. Room had mold on the wall, the curtains wouldn't close, and there was a lack of maintenance. I requested a room change, but they couldn't move me until the next day. The reception staff had a poor attitude.
