Although this is not a proper hotel, more a restaurant with some rooms in the upper floors, they should be more solicitous towards their customers. Desk for checkout was supposed to open at 10 and it wasn’t.
The room we were assigned was small and with a very low ceiling and it smelled like a damp and dusty attic, one of the towels had huge holes... I believe they should inform customers of these conditions as one may prefer to find a different solution
