There were bed bugs everywhere

When we arrived the room felt damp and musty. Everything metal was rusted and old. The sink and shower drains weren’t working properly in our room. Expedia claims the resort fee is included in the reservation price but it is NOT!

Stayed with a toddler, it was pretty quiet.

Very good hotel, excellent breakfast, and the staff working at breakfast and cleaning the rooms were all very friendly.

My experience was terrible from the initial interaction of entering the room. The room was was for a disabled person- We are not handicapped and didn't request this provision. Being 6ft plus foot I was taller than the shower rod. There was a seat in the shower which made it uncomfortable There was no hot water in the shower at all. The phone didn't work in the room so we werent able to contact the front desk easily. The television and Wi-Fi didnt work. Maintenance came to fix it he was unable to unable to speak English he translated by phone he would bring another television we agreed. He left and never returned- when we ask for a manager twice we were told she wasn't there. The first time the clerk wrote a email of the complaints the second time the clerk was very rude and stated she would not contact the manager and asked verbatim would you like to be disturbed on your day off? Well I didn't know there was only one manager for a 24 hour 7 days a week hotel. Also the toilet handle was a push handle to flush well when you pushed it it would pop out. Just overall a terrible experience and no apologies when matters were addressed!

Good price, close to everything, quiet, all fees included in expedia price, cheap soap, nice bed

Nobile Hotel Parkway was clean with very friendly service staff and felt very safe for my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants and within easy and short travel to major attractions. Free transport to and from theme parks is available, too! Best of all, the price was about half of everything else in the area. This is not the luxury hotels or resorts of the area, but I'll definitely come back!

The room had a lot of rusty fixtures and the water pressure in the shower was terrible but the room was cheap and it was clean. The check in was easy and parking was right out front. We only stayed one night but if you're eating the breakfast, it was well worth it. There weren't any vegan options besides white bread and fruit but they had a few pastries, a waffle station, "eggs", and some mystery meats. There was also cereal, dairy milk and yogurt available. I didn't have any run ins with the staff but check-in and checkout was convenient

No A/C in the hallway. Found 2 roaches in room. No hot water in shower.

It was a quiet stay but they charged a resort fee that if you aren’t actively looking for or know about will catch you off guard and we did find a nasty bug in the bathroom
