I wanted to take a moment to share my outstanding experience at the Innside by Melia hotel, which I would rate a perfect 10 out of 10. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city on foot, and the variety of high-quality food options is impressive, with everything always served fresh. However, what truly made my stay remarkable was the exceptional staff. Cintia provided excellent room service throughout the week, always with a big smile, while Angelo at the bar crafted the best drinks and offered great recommendations for exploring the city. I also want to highlight Stefanny at the front desk, who was attentive and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking the best experience in the city.

Localizado em Miraflores, que é o melhor bairro de Lima, este hotel é muito confortável e tem um bom café da manhã. Fomos recebidos com uma sobremesa no dia do check-in e uma porção de frios no check-out, o que foi muito agradável. Além de deixarem água mineral no frigobar, gratuitamente, todos os dias. Recomendo muito este hotel.

Hotel was fantastic overall. Service was good and you even get a free welcome drink to use in the Rooftop bar. Would definitely stay here again in Lima.

Good hotel

Really nice, modern hotel with a good breakfast and comfortable rooms. It was a little difficult getting in touch with the hotel via email to arrange a transfer but that was sorted out fairly quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The water in the shower was not label at all. I kept getting hot and cold water during my showers. I requested at the front desk for assistance, she claimed that someone went to my room to check the water but it was still the same.

Fui de viaje de trabajo, toda la experiencia en el hotel fue excepcional. Todo su personal muy amable, el desayuno es bastante variado. La comida del room service, estuvo espectacular. Me pedí un lomo saltado. Únicamente en lo que podrían mejorar es que dejen entrar al estacionamiento los ubers, ya que por política del hotel no lo permiten.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, great espresso, breakfast was amazing, staff is great.
