ホテルと思っていましたが、ホステル（4人1部屋）でした。これは中間業者の問題かもしれません。 スタッフは親切で良かったです。

キレイ 少しうるさいエリアだがさほど気にするほどでもない

最寄りのメトロ2号線駅まで徒歩１分、メトロバス4号線、1号線各駅まで徒歩５分と、非常に便利な立地。空港への往き来もメトロバス4号線が利用出来る。 朝食は数種頼のメニューから選べて、搾りたてのオレンジジュースとコーヒーもとても美味しい。チェックイン時、ウエルカムドリンクのビールもうれしい！ 掃除は行き届いていて清潔。 暖房が無いので１月だと夜は少し寒いが、ブランケットを追加で貸してもらったので寝るには問題なかった。 ただ少し残念だったのは、サービスの水がペットボトルではなく硝子の瓶に入っていたこと。

スタッフがとても親切でした! 中心地からは少し離れていますがそこまで不便はなかったです。お部屋は綺麗で可愛いいですが、必要最低限のものだけで暖房器具はなかったので少し寒かったです。朝食が毎回選べるのはうれしかったです。

La recepcionistas muy amable, solo que debe de respetar que los huéspedes estan durmiendo. Era de madrugada y hablaba por telefono o sino ponia sus vídeos a todo volumen, o hablaba con personas. Es una falta de respeto, y mas sabiendo que la habitación estaba al lado. La zona es algo insegura y muy fea, prostitución, indigentes y drogadictos, aunque este en un punto centrico.

Aunque dice que incluye el desayuno la realidad es que al hacer el checkin te dicen que esto solo aplica para el fin de semana! Es una pena que el concepto aunque interesante haga uso de esta publicidad poco transparente. Adicionalmente la zona aunque muy cerca de la estación del metro y el metrobús, por la noches puede sentirse insegura, dado que hay trabajadoras en las esquinas.

La atención de la chica fue excepcional la amé ❤️

Habitación super limpia, cerca del metro, y las fotos correspondían al lugar. Lo único malo fue que cuando reserve la estancia decía desayuno incluido y cuando pregunté al personal dijeron que solo era para fines de semana.

Very nice hotel. Recommended. What I liked the most was the kind and helpful service. When the front-desk staff is professional, everything else is good!

Hotel con mucho potencial. Sin embargo, hay área de mejora en: el personal, servicios en la habitación y baño, así como con los horarios del desayuno.

The staff were nice, kind and polite, the room was clean and the location it's convenient to walk to downtown or go to the subway, however They don't have any breakfast options as listed, apparently only on the weekends, the balcony with the beautiful view in the pictures was closed all the time and we didn't have enough bathroom supplies on our first night, so we had to request for it.

I expected more collaboration and customer service satisfaction from the front desk lady. but didn’t happen. The cleaning and room service guys were excellent. Uncomfortable beds and maybe old, no terrace during my vacancy. I wasn’t really what I paid for.
