They need to be improve their cleanliness

Really bad exprience super bad. Hindi nila kami pinagcheck in kasi wala daw sa system nila ang booking ko 1am kami dumating and they let us find another hotel dahil sa kapabayaan nila imbes na magpapahinga na lang naghanap pa kami ng another hotel which is we booked our room 1 week ahead now they cant even offer anything para ayusin yung gulong ginawa nila. They even told us na wala nadaw talagang colors boutique cmon while colors boutique is attached in their banner with their so called “new name” a really bad exprience imagine galing kami byahe and alot of tours tapos ganon.

Receptionist was unrespectful and even challenged us to cancel our booking for the next 4 days. Rooms were not beautiful as expected on the photos seen online. Photos are deceiving. Power was out at 1:30am to 4am. No one of the staff even bother to turn on the generator. We went outside the rooms for fresh air because we couldn't sleep. We even made some noise to be noticed but they didn't even went out to check on the guests. Some guests slept outside. There are common CRs but very uncomfortable to use.

Upgraded room with bathroom but the heater is not working. There is no soap, shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste supply. The room is spacious but do not have side table and chair. Either slippers do not have inside room. There is no floor mat/rag that makes the room messy and wet every time. Bed linen already old and needs replacement. Wifi is slow and losing connection. There is no water starts by 12mn to 7am. Shared toilet and bathroom are all messed up.

The water was dirty. The under bed was so dusty. The stay was not worth it.

There was no water and the aircon is not working

Very nice hostel. I booked for twin room. The room is comfortable for 2 guests. The price is reasonable. The hostel offer free coffee and tea all day long. Very close to airport and in the center of Puerto Princesa. Recommend for you guys if you need a room to stay during waiting flight or just short visit Palawan.

sad to say no water available at the rest room and the brgy. road was rough not semented.

I did not sleep well, the whole room had lot of mosquito despite putting and spraying off lotion and camomile. It had a smell too. Bathroom is for all. For the value of money it’s worth the price.

There's no water at our bathroom so we need to use the public bathroom they have. Plus the water is so slow :( and there's a lot of mosquitos at our room :/ and when you order your breakfast you need to wait for an hour before they serve it because they are lacking of manpower. The front desk is the chef too.

The rooms are not clean. A lot of noise and no respect for others. Cleaning in the common areas is not done. Shower and toilet not clean. The staff sleeps behind the counter and understands nothing ! WiFi is bad.

The place was bigger than I expected, it's very near the airport and restaurants, they assist you as much as they can, free coffee is real here.... Nice people and the area is quiet and peaceful, aside from the planes taking off, everything else is great..
