Clean and Kieran the manager is polite and good service

Comfortable plenty of space tea coffee air con cooled room breakfast was good plenty to choose from nice staff.

The lady on reception was really helpful and went the extra mile to help us.

Location is good as stop over, plenty of parking. The accommodation block is separated from the pub which avoids from the noise. Breakfast needs to be improved.

The Hotel is separate from the pub but close together the pub served lovely food and the staff where nice.

Quiet - free parking - no issues. Looks like an old premier inn room, could do with a spruce up !

The bed was really hard and didn’t sleep well

Plenty parking spaces food excellent . Room really clean . Stayed two nights Saturday night didn’t get much sleep whoever was in room above jumping of bed all night dropping stuff on the floor . Will ask for a second floor room next time .

Menu good choices nice food . Massive car park easy to park and get in and out of car park. Stayed two nights next time I will ask for a second floor room with a bath my room had shower only prefer bath . The Saturday night didn’t get much sleep whoever was upstairs literally jumping on floor most of night . Sunday night really peaceful. Not hotels fault who ever was up there 👆 noisy .

It was good value comfortable and really friendly people

Decent size room with twin beds for my friend and me. The restaurant is onsite with a good choice of food and good value . We were visiting Oswaldtwistle Mills so an overnight stay at Willows is very convenient and good value. They now have EV charging stations which is excellent news.
