立地が良く楽しい旅行ができた。

部屋はとても綺麗でした！また泊まっても良いと思いました(*^^*)レセプションが小さく、時間内じゃないといないので、時間外に困っても誰も対処してくれない。鍵も特殊でちょっと使いにくかった。

部屋のテレビの設定ができていなかったようで、地元のニュースや天気が見れなかった。エアコンの微調整がしづらかった。それ以外はほぼ満点でした。フロントスタッフもていねいでした。周辺も店が多く、食事もしやすかった。

Great apartment with everything we needed. Checked in early as room was ready and staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great location….. basic kitchen setup. Only a 3 seater couch so no good when you have 4 people. Could do with a decent clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Access very easy, allocated car park.

Good, but getting a bit worn. Shower hose broken.

Near building one have construction site and no view however building two (the reception building) facing road can see ferries wheel and quiet. Walking distance about 10 to 15 minutes to south bank night market Pig N Whistle West End is a nice restaurant near apartment.

Good overall. Just inconvenient due to elevator is out of order.

We had an incredible view and a very easy check in. The hotel was in an excellent location. We found the pool extremely cold for our tastes, but we still got wet. We had ample cutlery / crockery for our 6 guests.

The reception staff were so kind, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. I had everything within walking distance. Would highly recommend. Thank you for having me.

Nice apartment, but issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Mattress cover had a stain on it and one bedside light had electrical tape wrapped around the plug as it was falling apart. Management later assured me these items would be disposed of.

Amazing apartment, perfect and just what we were after … highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay in Southbank. The location was excellent as we were close to many attractions, parks, museums art galleries and lovely restaurants. The desk staff were friendlly and helpful.

Lovely apartment to stay in with very good amenities. Close to shopping, culture and transport. To make it top notch a little update in the room and a higher level of cleaning would make it superb.

Our Atlas apartment was clean, in a great location, and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. The staff were lovely, and for us, the visitor parking was a great option when our son came to visit. We'd definitely recommend and stay again.

Arriving after hours was a breeze, just called the reservation number and they organised night staff to let us in. Very clean and tidy also extremely quiet. Didn't even hear the cleaning staff in the halls which always happens in other accommodation places.

Property was great. Spacious and clean. Would have been nice to be told about the construction next door that started around 6:30am each morning which was SO loud. Only negative.
