Close to the station 5-10mins walk and close to all area. Also quiet but very feel very safe since hotel is beside the bright street. It is very convenient that Air condition, frig(empty), wine glasses are accommodated. I like very pillows as well. 一人旅でしたが、奥まったホテルではなく、わかりやすく、かつ、安心して泊れました。Avenue de Champagneも目の前です。音漏れも含め、内装は少し古いですが、部屋は清潔で、バスタブもありました。 ヨーロッパではありがたい、エアコンと空の冷蔵庫付、ワイングラスも付いてて、日中メゾンで買ったシャンパーニュを部屋で楽しめます。近く（300m位）に夜9時までやっている、スーパー（Monoporix)もあり簡単な朝食でよければ、ヨーグルトやサラダは冷蔵保存できます。

Very central in Epernay. Hotel is quite basic but fairly priced for the area. Staff very welcoming and breakfast good.

Hotel is walking distance to pretty much any store & restaurant in Epernay. Clean room with adjustable a/c.

Location was great, breakfast was great, absolutely nothing to complain about. It’s not a fancy property but has everything you need. Would stay there again.

This hotel is in a good location for the champagne Avenue it is just a 5 min walk away. The staff are not very customer focused and gave no information without being asked. Breakfast is ok if you like continental but do not use the egg warmer it takes 15 minutes for an egg to be cooked. The toaster is up to high for short people like me to be able to us ethe tongs to retrive it. The spaces is very limited and when busy you can wait for a while to get a cup of coffee or tea. The big one was no air con in the room as it was still the cold season so the reception man said so no aircon just heat. when we went the weather during the day was very hot and so the room on the 1st floor was very hot and opening a window when there is no breeze was pointless.

We had a great experience here! Definitely recommend this charming boutique style hotel. Our fully renovated room was huge (top floor) with terraces, full living room dining room kitchen, huge shower and especially CLEAN! I would definitely go back!
