The staff of the reception was kind, But there were no face towels (only big bath towels) and no tissues. There was a bathroom a little bit under the room. There was a small heater there. So cold. I won't come to this hotel during winter.

ホテルは地下鉄の駅から近く、重い荷物があっても歩ける範囲。何よりロケーションが良い。ホテルのレセプションも重たいスーツケースは持って上がってくれ、チェックアウトの時は電話をすれば、降ろしに来ると言ってくれ、とても親切だった。

駅から近くコベントガーデン、ROHからも至近距離。

Absolutely loved our stay! The location, staff and room

Seeing some of the bad reviews, I nearly cancelled my booking. That would have been a mistake! While there are some rough edges, I'm so glad I stayed here! The location is PERFECT, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had all the basics. True - there is no lift and the stairs are narrow... but I think that's fairly standard for London! There are some things that could use an update - but I found things clean and comfortable. I'm glad I stayed here - and I would definitely go back!

Great hotel

The location is ideal for me and the rooms quiet and spacious compared to others in the neighbourhood at similar prices. Lack of lift and restaurant equally doesn't bother me but might influence others.

I’ll be coming back. I stayed for the London Marathon and this was both Central and Convenient.

While the online reviews and photos are high, our room was clearly one that was not remodeled. It was decent yet had a poor old bathroom floor that was peeling and dirty and grossed me out. Additionally the pillow cases we had all had stains on them. The location is good and reception desk was helpful but was lower quality than what I expected.

Lovely hotel and great value in a brilliant location.

I'm glad I found this little gem of a hotel. My room was basic but comfortable and really quiet despite being right in Covent Garden. I'll definitely stay here again.

Location was great. Very convenience to walk to anywhere from there or to use the underground.
