朝8時に荷物を預け、パスポートを提示し利用カードを記入しました。夜9時ごろフロントに行き、その旨を話したら、予約がない、荷物を預かっていないと言われ、英語の予約表を見せました。でも、予約なし、荷物はないの一点張り。それでも部屋の鍵をもらい、中に荷物があるかもと思いましたが、ありません。フロントに戻り、荷物なしを話しましたが、拉致があかないので、近くのホテルへ行き、事情を話すと、警察官を読んでくれて、警察官の車でホテルに再度行きました。そしたら、別の鍵を渡され、警察官と中に入ると荷物がありました。一連の件で1時間以上かかり、フロントは謝罪もしませんでした。朝フロントの人も同様でした。以上

Place is convenient for local shopping local restaurants and access to train. The room is basic but not in a bad way it not luxury but it was clean and staff were all friendly I was there for a short stay and had no complaints.

This is a 1 star hotel, definitely not a 3 star. As you enter, the lobby and elevator can pass for a 2/3 star hotel. Once you get to the hallways to the rooms, it is barely a 2 star. I took pictures of the ceiling in the living area that show pealing paint on 1/2 of the ceiling and an air conditioner from Y2K.
