チェックインはスムーズで、チェックイン前とチェックアウト後にも荷物を預かってもらえました。ベルボーイもとても親切でした。ホテルの目の前にセブンイレブンがあり、とても便利です。

One of my Fav Hotel in Nana area

Good location! Close to BTS (Nana station) and comfortable room! This is one of my fav Hotel in Bangkok

I stayed there for 3 nights, on my first night the aircon was leaking and the next day, I'd experienced electricity shortage for many many times. Until the receptionist had to call their engineering staff to fix it. Even after many attempts, the problem couldn't be fixed and I had to request to change to another room. I would not stay there anymore and also, I was exhausted after a long flight and needed a good rest. All I heard from my room was someone hammering, and drilling something. (it seems like they were doing some renovations started from early morning) I booked for a non smoking room, but my room's smelled like as if someone just smoking there. So unprofessional and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. What a terrible experience. Never again!

Finishing of the hotel is lousy, loose basin and bad craftsmanship can be seen on almost everything. You will be living in the middle easterners district.
