部屋が6階(日本で言う7階)で、エレベーターが無かったため、部屋に行くのに息を切らして階段を上ってました。 ですがチェックインの際に、フロントの方がスーツケースを運んでくださり、大変助かりました。 帰りは、申し訳なくて頼まずに自分で下ろしましたが、頼めばきっと快く運んでくださると思います。 部屋は最低限のものだけが揃った最低限の広さですが、ヨーロッパにしてはめずらしくドライヤーもあり、清掃も丁寧で、ホテルに戻るたびにフロントの方々が笑顔で挨拶してくれるのがとても安心でき、心地よかったです。 地下鉄の駅はすぐそばにあり、空港へのB線が通る駅も近くにあるため、立地はかなりいいです。 またホテル周辺にレストランやカフェがたくさんあるため、近場でご飯を済ませたい、という場合にもかなり便利かと思います。 チェックインの際に、市税の支払いが必要です。

Me hospedé en un departamento. Lindo, cómodo para 4 noches. Tener en cuenta que hay que subir con las valijas por las escaleras. No hay ascensor. Llegamos una hora antes del check in y la habitación no estaba lista. Nos dijeron que volviéramos a la hora y media. Volvimos y no estaba lista. Recién pudimos ingresar dos horas después. Eso nos hizo perder mucho tiempo. El desayuno fue sencillamente mezquino, con poco espacio para sentarse, generando esperas prolongadas y con poca oferta alimentaria. Al extremo de que el staff dosificaba pedazos de pan y fetas de jamón a medida que se iban recambiando los pasajeros. En nuestro primer desayuno no andaba bien la máquina de café y no tenían la llave para resolverlo. La conexion a internet fue pobre, teniendo que acercarme a las ventanas para mejorar la señal. La ubicación es excelente.

La habitacion estaba limpia cerca del arco del triunfo y de ahi puedes caminar a los lugares turisticos, el personal muy amable.

Séjour une nuit dans chambre propre et après un bon accueil. Par contre, séparation avec une autre chambre avec une simple porte peu insonorisée. Hôtel bien placé à quelques minutes à pied de l'arc de triomphe

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris and would happily recommend it. I arrived about two hours before the official check-in time, feeling very jet-lagged, and the staff kindly allowed me to access my room early. That small gesture made a huge difference—I was able to rest immediately and recover from my travels. The hotel is located on a very quiet pedestrian street, which made it feel peaceful and relaxing, yet still full of charm. The area is lined with artisan shops, and the shopkeepers were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the overall experience. One thing I really appreciated was the sense of security. The staff is available throughout the night, and guests are asked to leave their key when going out—a thoughtful system that helps ensure safety. The room itself was very clean, and housekeeping came daily, even when I didn’t specifically request it. It was a pleasant surprise to return each day to a fresh, tidy room. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so you’ll be taking the stairs—but you can think of it as a bit of free cardio during your stay! Overall, it was a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay. I would definitely choose it again on my next visit to Paris.

The staff were so helpful when we had a travel cancelation. Everyone we interacted with were so nice. Ifnwe ever make it to Paris again, I will definitely stay there.

La chambre était impeccable. Dommage nous avons eu des petites serviettes et la tv ne permet pas les applications. Obligé de regarder la TV nationale uniquement

Bon emplacement

The staff were helpful and kind. I liked the location, short walk to two metro stations which allowed us to explore more of the city during our short visit. The room was a bit dirty (swept instead of vacuumed) when we got it so we asked for another cleaning which made it a bit better but still a bit underwhelming.

O Hotel tem ótima localização, ia a pé ao Arco do Triunfo, na rua do hotel tem restaurantes, bares, barracas de frutas e flores, uma Graça! Os funcionários maravilhosos, reservei 2 quartos, chegamos antes do horário do check-in e já disponibilizaram os quartos mesmo assim, nos acomodaram da melhor forma possível, atendendo as comodidades para minha mãe idosa. Mesmo não tento elevador, as escadas eram fáceis de subir e eles ajudaram a subir as malas. Muito, muito gentis 10/10. Uma das recepcionista falava português. Tem um bar do lado do hotel maravilhoso, bem parisiense, a noite curtia lá.

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement dans un quartier très agréable et proche des Champs Elysées. Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil par Sophia et la chambre attribuée convenait parfaitement à notre attente. Le logement appartement était très spacieux au calme et parfaitement propre. Nous avons passé deux nuits parfaites.
