部屋が6階(日本で言う7階)で、エレベーターが無かったため、部屋に行くのに息を切らして階段を上ってました。 ですがチェックインの際に、フロントの方がスーツケースを運んでくださり、大変助かりました。 帰りは、申し訳なくて頼まずに自分で下ろしましたが、頼めばきっと快く運んでくださると思います。 部屋は最低限のものだけが揃った最低限の広さですが、ヨーロッパにしてはめずらしくドライヤーもあり、清掃も丁寧で、ホテルに戻るたびにフロントの方々が笑顔で挨拶してくれるのがとても安心でき、心地よかったです。 地下鉄の駅はすぐそばにあり、空港へのB線が通る駅も近くにあるため、立地はかなりいいです。 またホテル周辺にレストランやカフェがたくさんあるため、近場でご飯を済ませたい、という場合にもかなり便利かと思います。 チェックインの際に、市税の支払いが必要です。

Nous avons passé une nuit à l’hôtel Maat L’accueil était parfait, l’équipe est très gentille et à l’écoute: Notre chambre était propre et la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner nous a plu. Merci à toute l’équipe !

I came to hotel Friday. Since that day afternoon I had no power. I was told someone was coming to fix it that afternoon or Saturday, but it didn't happen. I was offered to go another hotel the Saturday night 8pm in the middle of celebration and incidents of soccer game PSG - Arsenal, and 20 minutes from metro. I am asking for a credit of at least on night. I don't recommend the hotel and I am not coming back.

Hotel no centro, bem localizado, bom custo benefício. Para quem gosta de andar é perfeito, da para fazer muita coisa a pé.

Love our stay, the hotel was on a great location, staff was very helpful and friendly (help us carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs and down). Would definetly stay there again

There was no lift in hotel. I had to go up to fourth floor with 30kg bag and hand carry after checking in and same problem while coming down at check out.

The hotel room is painted black and low lighting so without the curtains open and daylight hours you couldn’t see very well. The shower head was uncontrollable and sprayed all over the floor with no shelving to put soap or shampoo. NO elevator so luggage had to be carried up many flights of narrow dark stairs, ok if you only have one small bag but we are travelling for three weeks and had 4 piece's of large luggage at 50 lbs each and my husband couldn’t believe it! The staff were friendly and spoke English very helpful to communicate. Missed breakfast every day because it was cleared by 10 am, would have appreciated a fridge in the room however the staff let me keep my medication in theirs. Overall very small dark rooms and lots of winding uneven stairs so we would not stay again.

Hotel velho sem elevador, tive que subir com várias malas por uma escada estreita e velha até o 5 andar.

Hotel tres bien situé pour visiter Paris et pour se déplacer tranquillement de nuit. Ne pas s’attendre à un standing 3 étoiles : il y a juste ce qu’il faut et c’est plutôt propre Donc un bon rapport qualité prix surtout pour l’emplacement 🙂

Very good location, great food options close by. Room was tidy and very quiet during the night. Would book again next time I’m in Paris

Amazing staff and location

I had such a wonderful experience at Hotel Maat Etoile! Very clean room, very accommodating staff, and the location is perfect for anyone who enjoys being central to excellent food options from both restaurants and markets, and different types of cuisines. You would expecially love this location if you have a sweet tooth as there are at least 4 viennoiserries and 3 gourmet chocolateries, all in the same street! The location is just a short distance from both Ternes and Charles de Gaulle Etoille stations. The shower has the most excellent water pressure in any hotel or airbnb I have ever stayed at, and is a godsend when you need a decent shower after a long stressful flight or train commute. Would love to be back the next time I’m in Paris!

El hotel tiene una súper ubicación, son muy amables , y esta super limpio. Lo único 1. El INTERNET NO FUNCIONA NUNCA 2.reserve una habitación pero no especifica que el baño esta afuera , no es del todo malo, pero bueno al final no es lo mejor. Y habría preferido pagar un poco mas pero tener una habitación normal . Yo creo que solo por la buena y ubicación y lo lindo de las habitaciones mínimo ea un 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️, quizás por el mal internet.

O Wi-fi era pessimo e conseguiamos ouvir tudo dos outros quartos, acordava de madrugada com pessoas falando ou subindo as escadas

O hotel foi bem agradável, todos os dias limpavam o quarto, a cama é confortável, o endredom é quente. A localização é ótima, perto de estações e pontos de ônibus, além de supermercados, padarias e farmácias. Meu único ponto seria a cor das paredes, achei um pouco escuro e com luzes fracas, mas de resto, tivemos uma boa experiência.
