I have stayed in the worst China hotel! The staff at the front desk was rude to me during the conversation, and the air conditioner broke down at night. The cleaner swiped his card into my room without knocking at the door, while I was changing clothes.

Such welcoming staff and always eager to assist. Great food, clean and nice atmosphere. Loved that the hotel was always warm as it was winter.
