The room is very clean and comfortable, and staffs are all kind and friendly. The hotel is a bit far from the Antwerp central station however, there is a park next the hotel, and the river Esco is near to the hotel and give me beautiful scenely and I could be relaxed. I'd like to reccomend B&B hotel Zuid to everybody.

3人での宿泊でファミリールームをお願いしましたが、生憎他の方を案内してしまったとのことでしたが、2部屋をお貸しいただき、料金そのままで対応してくれましたし、部屋はもちろん綺麗です。やっぱりシャワーのカーテンがなかったりするので少し外に水が跳ねてしまいますが、それ以外はいう事なしです。24時間フロント前ではフリードリンクでしたし、フロントの方も親切で最高でした。

隣のビルが工事中で、朝6時から工事が始まったのには閉口しました。 またホテルの前の道が工事中で非常に歩きにくく、大きなスーツケースを持っていたので、ちょっと大変でした。 お茶やコーヒーは部屋にはなく１階でのサービスだったので、取りに行くのがちょっと面倒でしたが、お湯が沸くのを待つ必要はなく、すぐに作れて良かったです。 最寄りのトラムの駅からはまあまあの近さで、乗り換えなしで中央駅まで出られるのは便利でした。（トラムがなかなか時刻表通りに来ませんでしたが。）

Tof hotel. Op wandelafstand van station Zuid. Op een dikke 20 min wandelen ben je op de Groenplaats. Aangenaam verblijf!

Clean room. Friendly staff at reception. A little bit out of the centre but a nice 25 minute walk up to cathedral area or tram close by if required.

Hotel is in a good spot. Area is quiet and nice. Price was decent. I enjoyed my stay with my wife.

The hotel was easy to find, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Parking was excellent too. Hot drinks when we want, perfection. Breakfasts were a small showing. Very nice and fresh. The staff were always polite. I was in awe of their language skills, but they really do care for you. Wifi was ok, slow but in truth we didnt really need it. The room. It's odd not to have a kettle in a room, so that was weird. I'd say the 4 person room we slept in (404), which had one double and two singles was very clean and comfortable. My only critique is that each bed came with one pillow. Beds are better with two. However besides this, the room was lovely and I'll be honest, key cards or keys are annoying, here they use 6 digit pin and this is much better. The view was amazing and we enjoyed our 3 day stay.
