まず、悪い批評から。 スパホテル、ホットタブの記載があったので楽しみにしていたが、これに関しては星は0どころかマイナスを付けたい。 外の29度しかない低温水プールと、小さなサウナ2部屋、ハマム蒸気サウナとトイレは故障中、更衣室もシャワーも簡素で汚く、男女共同で鍵もかからないので、基本、部屋で着替えからシャワーまでするデザイン。市営プール以下のレベル。 スキーリゾートホテルなのに、ジャグジーやホットタブも無く、スパはエステルームがあるだけ。 非常に残念なスパ設備。 ホテル自体は新しく改装されており、若者がスキーリゾートとしてナイトライフを楽しめるホテルになっている。 ただ、防音は皆無で、隣や廊下の音はかなり煩い。スキーシーズン中は、外のピザレストランやバーがオープンするそうなので、夜中までクラブレベルの騒音が想像出来る。小さい子供連れ家族なら、ホテル正面の部屋は避けたほうが静かに寝られるだろう。 窓枠も古いままで塗装をしただけなので、隙間風も相当あり。 ホテルのロケーションは、町のはずれの山側に位置し、景色は最高だが、電車や長距離バス停からのアクセスは悪い、タクシーも場所柄高額。 自家用車やレンタカーアクセスでも、駐車場は有料。 良い評価は、レストランやバーエリアでは毎晩歌手とダンサーによるショーが開催され、とても楽しめる。 地下には、有料だがピンボールやビリヤードが楽しめるゲームコーナー、カラオケルームも完備。 ラウンジからは、モンブランの山脈が一望で、1日中過ごしていたいほど快適である。 朝食は、非常にレベルが高く、種類も豊富でクロワッサンもサクサク、フランスパンはイマイチだったが、バターは他のホテルでも見たことがないブランドで、非常に美味しかった。 自動コーヒー機のコーヒーは香りが無く不味かったが、お茶系はBioで美味しかった。 夕食も朝食会場と同じレストランで食べたが、カジュアルレストランでお値段もリーズナブル、サービスも料理もお値段以上で大満足。 モーリシャス出身のシェフがいるそうで、味付けスパイスがニンニクやハーブを効かせていて激ウマだった。 襷に短し帯に流しの典型的なホテルであるが、比較的若いスタッフのサービスは高評価である。

スタッフがとても丁寧で嬉しくなる。 お部屋にお水が2本あるのは嬉しいところです。 ヒーターと、ベッドサイドのライトが動かなかった。 素晴らしい時間をありがとうございます。

廊下の声が部屋にかなり聞こえてきた。 窓からモンブランが見え、ロケーションは抜群だった。

Kunde inte ha ett bättre läge och allt du önskar finns på hotellet. När till lift och byn är full med shopping och restauranger en kort promenad ner. Det enda vi saknade var krokar att hänga kläder på, fanns 2 och en lite större garderob.

Veldig bra lokasjon. Hotellet er tidvis svært slitt - både innvendig fasade og spa/bassengområde.

Clean rooms, great service, really good breakfast, great staff, and a great floor show. The bar was a fun scene. Dated rooms with funky lighting. One thing to be aware of is that not all rooms have a ski locker associated with the room. Location is great. Easy to get up the hill or to walk to town. We had to ask for a safe to be installed— was done before we finished breakfast—super responsive. Worth the money.

Room was dirty and didn’t get cleaned every day

Very loud music played in the lobby every night. I had to move rooms - thankfully one was available although lower grade. WiFi is over loaded at evenings. Unusable. Sauna looks like a ymca and the pool is cold (26c). Good location but over priced

Overall the hotel is nice but could use some improvements. The beds are terribly uncomfortable and so hard. The staff was lovely but limited for certain services. Suggest putting more support to bellman, concierge, etc vs maybe your nightly entertainment. Spa needs a complete upgrade, I would call the sauna, lockers and pool area a Spa at all. Lastly, the loud base from the music nightly till late into the night was a bit aggressive. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the base. If we would have been a floor lower we would have had to move rooms. You have a great location and nice hotel, just needs some upgrades and fine tuning for sure.

Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående, men duschutrymme och toalett på rummet var inte fräscht utan det var mögligt och dålig ventilation i rummet samt mycket lyhört. Bra frukost!

We stayed at La Folie Douce in Chamonix from Thursday to Sunday last week as a family with young children, and we had a great experience. This is clearly a festive hotel, popular with younger guests and couples, but we felt it was also very welcoming to families. Our children had a fantastic time throughout the stay. They loved the game room, which became one of their favorite spots, and we even used the outdoor pool despite the cold weather — the water temperature was perfect and made for a memorable experience. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, yet well managed. Noise was never an issue for us; everything settles down around 10pm, so nights were peaceful and we slept well. The rooms are on the smaller side, but very clean, well maintained, and functional. They accommodated our family comfortably. Service was a highlight. The main desk team was consistently cordial, kind, and proactive, always ready to help with a smile. Food options were also very good. The pizza at the outdoor restaurant was excellent and a big hit with the family. We also dined at Le Petit and ordered pasta — the quality of the food was outstanding. We didn’t use the spa this time, but from what we saw it looks high quality and well designed. Overall, a vibrant and fun hotel that manages to balance a party atmosphere with a family-friendly environment. We would definitely return.

Hôtel extrêmement bruyant, avec de nombreux séminaires organisés sur place. Des clients manifestement alcoolisés circulent et font du bruit jusque vers 2h du matin dans les couloirs. Les chambres communicantes sont très mal isolées : on entend absolument tous les bruits des voisins. L’accueil se contente de répondre que « c’est comme ça », sans chercher de solution. Pour plus de 200 € la nuit, le rapport qualité-prix est très décevant. Enfin, la piscine annoncée à 26 degrés est en réalité froide et peu agréable.
