朝食は満足です

まず、悪い批評から。 スパホテル、ホットタブの記載があったので楽しみにしていたが、これに関しては星は0どころかマイナスを付けたい。 外の29度しかない低温水プールと、小さなサウナ2部屋、ハマム蒸気サウナとトイレは故障中、更衣室もシャワーも簡素で汚く、男女共同で鍵もかからないので、基本、部屋で着替えからシャワーまでするデザイン。市営プール以下のレベル。 スキーリゾートホテルなのに、ジャグジーやホットタブも無く、スパはエステルームがあるだけ。 非常に残念なスパ設備。 ホテル自体は新しく改装されており、若者がスキーリゾートとしてナイトライフを楽しめるホテルになっている。 ただ、防音は皆無で、隣や廊下の音はかなり煩い。スキーシーズン中は、外のピザレストランやバーがオープンするそうなので、夜中までクラブレベルの騒音が想像出来る。小さい子供連れ家族なら、ホテル正面の部屋は避けたほうが静かに寝られるだろう。 窓枠も古いままで塗装をしただけなので、隙間風も相当あり。 ホテルのロケーションは、町のはずれの山側に位置し、景色は最高だが、電車や長距離バス停からのアクセスは悪い、タクシーも場所柄高額。 自家用車やレンタカーアクセスでも、駐車場は有料。 良い評価は、レストランやバーエリアでは毎晩歌手とダンサーによるショーが開催され、とても楽しめる。 地下には、有料だがピンボールやビリヤードが楽しめるゲームコーナー、カラオケルームも完備。 ラウンジからは、モンブランの山脈が一望で、1日中過ごしていたいほど快適である。 朝食は、非常にレベルが高く、種類も豊富でクロワッサンもサクサク、フランスパンはイマイチだったが、バターは他のホテルでも見たことがないブランドで、非常に美味しかった。 自動コーヒー機のコーヒーは香りが無く不味かったが、お茶系はBioで美味しかった。 夕食も朝食会場と同じレストランで食べたが、カジュアルレストランでお値段もリーズナブル、サービスも料理もお値段以上で大満足。 モーリシャス出身のシェフがいるそうで、味付けスパイスがニンニクやハーブを効かせていて激ウマだった。 襷に短し帯に流しの典型的なホテルであるが、比較的若いスタッフのサービスは高評価である。

スタッフがとても丁寧で嬉しくなる。 お部屋にお水が2本あるのは嬉しいところです。 ヒーターと、ベッドサイドのライトが動かなかった。 素晴らしい時間をありがとうございます。

Très bel hôtel avec un brin de folie, tout pour se sentir en vacances à Chamonix. C'était parfait.

Staff very unhelpful when revelers were partying outside my window until 3;00 in the morning. Just a very disappointing stay for over $200 a night.

This might be the most ideal family-friendly hotel we’ve stayed at. Very spacious rooms, an amazing pool with Mountain View’s, and cool decor everywhere.

The hotel itself is amazing, the pool, the interesting carpets and the staff were all great and extremely helpful, definitely a 4 star service. The rooms however didn’t feel like they matched the hotel they felt small and dated with the windows having mold on them and heavily weathered wood. Overall would return

Perfect hotel for traveling with kids. Pool, trampoline and kids playroom. Only missing is ac (we even had a bedroom for the kids where you couldn’t open the window. The rooms didn’t have a small refrigerator witch would have been useful.

員工非常親切，辦理入住跟退房都很有效率，房間沒有冷氣是最大的缺點；房間光線也比較暗一點。 夏天開窗戶可能要注意蚊蟲飛進來，我被咬到過敏腫脹。 早餐選擇也很多。

Helt okej hotell som ligger bra till i centrala Chamonix. Fin utsikt från uteplatsen och en grym frukost.

Amazing hotel with views that are simply breathtaking. The staff are supreme as are all Of the amenities. The pool is wonderful as are the many bars/restaurants. One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had. A really fun, awesome hotel to stay at when visiting the Chamonix-Mont Blanc area.

We booked 2 rooms. 1 room had a loose sink faucet that was repaired but the loose toilet was never fixed. The lighting in that Room 541 was bad. Neither Room 541 and 542 had a chair to sit in to read or change clothes or sit somewhere other than the bed. When we checked in the receptionist never mentioned the rail pass or discounted bus tickets. Overall for the prices it did not meet expectations or high standards.
