まあまあよいホテルでした。島の中ということを覚悟しておく必要がありますが問題ないホテルです。

世界遺産の中なので古い建物ですが、よくメンテナンスされていて、ホテルとしては充分でした。

☀︎部屋は最上階だったので見晴らしはよかったのですが、螺旋階段を登って行かなくてはならず荷物が多い人は苦労しそうです。 ☀︎シャワー洗面室トイレは綺麗で故障箇所はなかったので狭いけど快適に使えました。お湯もあまり待つことなく出ました。 ☀︎朝食が必要かチェックインの時聞かれましたが予約しませんでした。でもつぎの日の朝バン屋さんは開店が遅くたべられませんでした。前日から買っておくか、朝食は予約しておいた方が良いです。

The room was comfortable a Shower has enough pressure. Bit noisy when other guests talking in the hallway.Water bottle was in the fridge. After downstairs restaurant closed, 3rd floor stairs had locked 😳 they have another exit but receptionist didn’t tell me that so it was little confused. Back door is easy access to aisle by seaside then you can see Sunrise 🌅 After check-out they kept my luggage while walking around town which is very helpful. お部屋は快適でした。同じフロアのゲストが廊下でお喋りしていると丸聞こえですが…シャワーの圧もあり、シャンプー兼ボティソープのボトル、ヘアドライヤーが備え付けてあります。コーヒーとディカフェ，紅茶と粉のクリームと電気湯沸器、ミニ冷蔵庫にお水のボトルが入ってました。 5階のお部屋でしたが下のレストランが終了すると3階部分の階段に鍵が掛けられてしまうのですがチェックイン時に説明が無かったので一瞬戸惑いました。3階に裏口があり、そこから海側の道に出る事が出来ます。その道から見上げると修道院が見えます。明け方この裏口から海側に出るとサンライズが見られるので泊まる価値はあると思います。 正面の入口からも裏面の出入り口も狭く急な階段なので、お子様連れやご高齢の方には大変かもしれません。 チェックインはラ･クロワ•ブランシェでは無く、少し下のAuberge Saint-Pierreのレセプションでします。荷物を預かってもらうのも此の場所になります。 着いたらまずは案内所に行って無料の地図(日本後版有り)をもらってこのホテルに行来たいんだけどと言うと丁寧に説明してもらえるので利用してみて下さい。

まず場所がとにかくわかりにくく現地の人に聞いてきっちりとした返答も返ってきません。 いざ着いたとなっても現地スタッフも対応も良くなく英語が基本通じませんでした。 一階がレストランになっており宿泊が二階から五階までになるのですが螺旋階段になっておりキャリーバックを持って行かれる方はまずやめた方がいいです。 スタッフも手伝いしてくれることもなく狭い空間を汗だくになりながら運ぶことになります。 唯一良かったのは景色です。 景色は五階に泊まったのですがザ・モンサンミッシェル！って感じでした。

夜間や早朝もカードキーを使って裏口から自由に出入り出来て、いつでもモン・サン・ミッシェルを堪能することが出来た。

オーベルジュサンピエールのホテル2階のレセプションにいる、日本語を話せる女性がいるので、チェックイン、チェックアウトの時におすすめ その方には感謝

フロントが、別のホテルに、なっていたのが、全く分からず、しばらくうろうろしてしまいました。お店の人に、聞いても下としか言われず(聞き取れず)、もう一度聞いて、紙に名前を書いてもらいやっとたどり着けました。ホテルから三軒下のホテルでした。フロントの女の子は、日本語上手でした！それ以外は部屋も、眺めもとても良かったです。

思ったよりカジュアルな雰囲気で良かった。チェックインも早い(午後2時）から、早めに部屋に入れて高齢の母が休むことができました。でも階段しかないので、4階まで上がるのに高齢の母はちょっときつかった。

Perfect place to stay overnight on Mont Saint Michel. The staff even set up breakfast a little early for us, so we could get to the Abbey on time for our 9:00 AM tickets. Very neat to be right on the ramparts. Views from several rooms of either the Abbey or the bay. We had a group and booked three rooms, they kept us together on one floor which we really appreciated! Highly recommend.

First of all the hotel should provide a "hotel-run" shuttle dedicated to guests from the parking lot directly to the Mont's entrance. Even with minimal luggage, it was incredibly inconvenient to walk from the bus drop-off to the Gate and then on the cobblestone street up to the hotel !! Secondly, to access our reserved room, we had to go through a maze of stairs, outside on the rampart, through some room being repaired & then again down some more stairs.... For a so-called "high-class" hotel, this was totally unacceptable. A very disappointing experience. One piece of advice to future travelers: stay in a hotel which is not "intra-muros".

Lots of stairs! The host was very friendly and helpful. Getting in and out after hours was a bit tricky with stairs, etc, but the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and modern amenities. Lots of birds outside which made it a bit challenging to sleep. All in all great experience.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the train station. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance, which makes it very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

La habitación estaba preparada con todos los detalles y tenía una vista espectacular a la bahia.

The room

The room is small outdated and ugly but staying directly on Mont St Michel is something special! Beautiful view from the room. Beds are okay for a short stay. It’s not the cleanest, Staff give a weird vibe, pushy to make a reservation at their restaurant. Wifi is useless. Mini fridge is the room The hotel is such a maze, very confusing with lots of narrow stairs. Very loud you can hear everything from tourists walking to streets to the bells of the church. Overall worth it for the experience and location.

No había personal y el hotel estaba cerrado!!!! Fui atendida por el personal de otro establecimiento y nunca fui notificada por algún medio.

Quirky but comfortable hotel in a perfect location . Staff were excellent especially at check in.
