Wat een heerlijk hotel met waanzinnig goede energie. Je krijgt heel veel voor weinig geld. De sfeer is gemoedelijk en relax. Ze organiseren veel en alles is gratis. Hier moet je echt heen. Zeker als je veel hebt gedaan en weer even op adem wilt komen

Great property and plenty of places to relax. The tree house was a lovely addition and it was nice having the hanging chairs around the property. I had a massage onsite and that was lovely. Food and drinks at the bar were great. Friendly staff.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este lugar fue muy decepcionante. Durante mi estancia, la música de la mini discoteca o centro de eventos en las instalaciones se mantuvo a un volumen extremadamente alto desde aproximadamente las 10:00 p.m. hasta las 2:00 a.m., acompañada de personas gritando y haciendo ruido en los alrededores durante gran parte de la noche. Lo más preocupante es que parecín estar al tanto de la situación y no se tomó medidas efectivas para garantizar el descanso de sus huéspedes. En una ciudad como Arequipa, donde muchos visitantes necesitan descansar y aclimatarse a la altura antes de llegar a Cusco, una noche de sueño adecuada no es un lujo, sino una necesidad. Reservé esperando comodidad y descanso, pero fue prácticamente imposible dormir. Si buscan un lugar tranquilo para recuperarse después de las excursiones o para aclimatarse, recomendaría considerar otras opciones.

The staff was very personable and we loved the dance class by pool

I had a great time. I felt very safe as a female solo travller. Kind of wish they had a self service laundry room. The food and Pisco sour in the onsite restaurant was delicious.

The accommodation delivered on everything it promised. The staff was very friendly and all the services worked properly. The only area for improvement would be that the beds could be a bit more comfortable. Overall, a satisfying experience. We will definitely be back on a future visit!

Great green hide out from the city - inner yard was cosy to chill! Only minus was the loud music played every day & evening in the pool bar.

Grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Wirklich schön. Viele Angebote für Aktivitäten, auch kostenlos (z.B. Free Walking Tour) Wir hatten eine Suite mit Poolblick. Suite war es nicht, einfach nur ein grösseres Zimmer. Das einzige was nicht so gut war, war die Frühstücksauswahl. Man konnte aus 6 verschiedenen Frühstücken a la Carte wählen und hatte auch nur einen Kaffee dabei. Viele junge Leute, chillige Stimmung. Abends Veranstaltungen, die aber um 21 Uhr beendet wurden. Ruhe wurde genau eingehalten.

Excelente alojamiento en Arequipa. Además ofrecen varios tours! Lo recomiendo

A really nice hotel for the money you spend.

Nuestras habitaciones fueron excelentes en todo aspecto: Camas cómodas, agua caliente, etc. Lo malo fue el restaurante. Tuvimos que esperar casi una hora (nos advertió el mozo que iba a demorar 20-30 minutos). Los chocolatadas calientes (s/.12) no fueron calientes (el mozo tuvo que llevarlos y calentarlos en la microhonda). La quesadilla de pollo (s/.30) fue rica, pero muy pequeña (una tortilla doblada y cortada en 3 pedazos pequeños). Deben emplear más gente si van a cobrar precios tan altos.

The accomodation is super clean and lovely. Theres a bar, pool and restaurant with loads of options and breakfast. We booked a few tours through the agency here and it was fantastic, super easy and the tours were great. The room was clean and comfortable, can be a bit loud if they have events on in the bar!

The property itself it's nice. Pool and garden, restaurant and yoga deck too. However, there are two massive downsides the rooms have mold that affected my immune system and also the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear anything at anytime. Wouldn't stay there again.

Qema has a great vibe, no matter who your travel group consists of. The staff are really helpful. I enjoyed a very relaxing massage during our stay.

Great location, rooms and amenities.

The poolside al fresco dining and bar was so great. The river rafting tour they arranged was super fun, with convenient pickup from the hotel. The staff are all so nice. The room was cleaned well and was quite comfortable.
