Love the place. It’s clean and big and staff understand basic English. Love how it’s just a walk away from Wuxi lake

The girl at the coffee corner was very nice and helpful. She introduced to me sightseeing spots nearby yesterday evening.

Hotel safe was not working when I checked in. This should be have been checked before a hotel guest checks in. Spent an hour waiting for this to be resolved. There should be a shuttle bus to the Wuxi Train Station.

It was a nice property, close to the main tourist attractions. Getting taxis sometimes weren’t that convenient as they don’t drive inside unless the taxi was dropping someone off. It’s very clean and well maintained building. I booked a room for 3 people but they kept only providing 2 sets of towels, so there were a lot of phone calls for additional towels.
