良かったです。

チェックインの際、受付のスタッフの方がとても親切で親しみやすかったです。 私は英語が得意ではないのですが、ゆっくりとわかりやすく丁寧にに説明してくれてとても助かりました。 また一人旅で緊張していたのですが、楽しくお話ししてくれてリラックスできました。 お部屋も清潔で静かでゆっくりすることができました。 素晴らしいホテルです。 ロンドンに行く時は必ずまた宿泊したいです。 ありがとうございました。

立地が良く部屋も清潔。シャワーも便利。

部屋は狭めですが、スタイリッシュ＆とても清潔で気持ちが良かったです。朝食はバイキング形式で、どれもとても美味しかったです。ホテルのすぐ前の丘から見えるテムズ川の景色はとても美しいです！

駅からは少し遠いですが、その分景観の良い立地です。部屋も綺麗ですし、サービスも良いです。部屋に歯ブラシとか部屋着がない点は残念でしたが。

Excellent service!

Our stay was good. I thoroughly researched the hotels in the area before booking and decided on RHH due to the amazing reviews but I can’t say I quite agree. Location is good, it’s about a 20 minute walk from the centre and opposite a stunning view of Richmond Park and the Thames. Hotel is very clean. The main negative is the room, which I didn’t read a lot about in the reviews which is surprising. Despite the stunning views of Richmond Park we were given a back room which just overlooked scaffolding and a flight path, the WiFi wasn’t very strong in the room which meant it kept cutting out but mainly is the design of the bathroom. It’s almost open plan with no real walls to the toilet, only frosted glass with gaps in, which means you can literally see one another do your ‘business’ which is just weird and so unnecessary. The shower is the same, just frosted glass so do think twice if booking with family members. The sink is very shallow so water splashes on the floor, as with the shower, water comes out everywhere so the floor ends up soaked, but this is also where the wardrobe is so you have to walk over wet floor to get your clothes it’s just very poorly designed. I do think next time I would consider elsewhere just for that point.

Excellent room, wonderful staff, lovely location near Richmond Park and the view from Richmond Hill.

Located in a very picturesque high point on Richmond Hill. Hotel itself is a bit old and the passages are narrow but has old world charm and very English. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is first rate.

It’s hard to find a better view than one from Richmond Hill. The staff were polite and friendly, the room was comfortable with especially comfortable bed and pillows.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. We arrived late as we were staying after watching the tennis but we got an upgrade when we arrived. The room was clean and so beautiful. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. We were woken by another guest who clearly didn’t understand that other people were asleep at 2am but that’s not the fault of the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Staff lovely. Room was meant to be old part of hotel but was in a slightly outdated newer part so disappointing. Shower leaked. Overlooked a skip in car park.

Lovely walks nearby. The room was fine, but quite small and nothing special. Shame about having to pay £15 to park in the hotel car park.

Staff excellent and friendly food good quality clean in all areas including bedroom and bathroom. Comfy bed quiet and dark whilst sleeping
