朝食会場に関する説明や、その他の説明は一切なかった。　また、渡された部屋のカードキー番号と、渡されたWifiに関する用紙に記載されている部屋番号が異なっていたりと雑さが目立った

夜中の雨で屋根からの音がビックリする位うるさかったです。

深夜（午前１時ごろ）に空港に到着してレンタカーでレイトチェックインで予約してあったホテルを目指したが、大通りからのホテルへの表示が全く分からなくて、何度も大通りを行ったり来たりした。もう少しホテルの表示を大きく、または真夜中でもわかりやすくしてもらったら道に迷うこともなかった。ホテルに着いたらホテルの中も真っ暗だった。しばらくしてから明かりがついたので安心したが・・・。

Porte d'accès au balcon ne se fermait pas donc trop de bruit la nuit pour dormir. Pour faire fonctionner la télévision, il fallait jongler avec les piles des télécommandes. Le bruit de l'autoroute nous empêche vraiment de dormir.

Booked a non refundable room and due to the gulf conflict our flight was cancelled prior to travelling 4hrs to the hotel. The hotel refused to refund as a gesture of goodwill. When you are desperate you would think there is still kindness in the world. Very disappointed.

This was the perfect place for my quick stay after a 3 day tour of Sri Lanka. The location was close to the airport, I had a spacious room with a nice bathroom, balcony. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning and spent some time out at the pool. Great for my purpose at a very low cost.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The housekeeping staff were extremely kind and attentive, and the front desk and security staff were also very friendly and professional. I truly appreciated their warm and welcoming attitude throughout my stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was also excellent, with a great variety and delicious options. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We booked a hotel room for 3 people. We arrived at 4 in the night from a flight. And the only room left was one with 1-bed. Slept on the floor on some pillows.

Great arrival experience. WC was leaking and the floor was wet at the time of check-in. Broken water kettle and a telephone left in the room. Couple of great food and beverage staff in the evenings. Deshan was super helpful and courteous. Morning staff in the restaurant appeared to be very reserved and spent time chatting in groups in corners. They never even respond back for a greeting. I greeted them good morning on both days as I entered to the dinning room and no one greeted me back. Working telephone and a copy of the restaurant menu (even a QR code) in the room could be helpful for those who are interested in room service. Check-out time of the property listed as 12.00pm however, I was locked out while having breakfast at 8.30am.

Room fine but noisy environment. Quite hard to find ( even taxi drivers had problems ). Turned out to be large party of chinese guests going to bed late and up very early shouting around pool area. Otherwise large room, clean with good en-suite facilities.

Loud music blasting out from an engagement party when we arrived. This did finish late afternoon, then was followed by a marquee being demolished with very loud hammering still going on at 10.30pm until we complained and they finally stopped. Food was awful, sent our burgers back twice as not cooked through. Very limited choice. Not the last night in Sri Lanka we’d hoped for.

Great staff, very helpful and cheerful. Internet was not great, cut off all the times, the breakfast was poor and the choices were slim, otherwise the service was good and the price is affordable.

Room was clean , nd staff approachable . However , some party in swimming pool area restricted the free move nd loud music till 1130 pm .

Very stressful stay. There was a wedding that was very loud and went on until just before midnight. As this is a hotel close to the airport I was hoping to get an early nights sleep as I had a 5.45am departure to the airport from the hotel. All I got was deep bass music from two locations in the hotel that rattled the windows. When I went down to complain to the manager I was told by three staff members that they didn’t know where he was. I opened the door of his office and there he was sitting at his desk!. I was super angry by this time and asked him to come to my room to listen to the music & how incredibly loud it was. He tried to make amends by giving me us a free airport transfer, but this didn’t change the fact that I wasn’t able to sleep until midnight.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed the stay there, it took time for the air conditioning to work but it’s still ok. Breakfast was ok.

The facilities were a bit so-so, with no hot water in the shower one morning and light switches modern but non-functional. But the personnel were incredibly service minded and kind, truly exceptional!!

Rooms are fantastic but unlike advertised on Expedia it is 15 min drive to the airport and not 5 min walk. Food is reasonable but they don’t serve wine so wouldn’t stay again

Clean, spacious room, friendly staff

The stay was for one night before leaving early in the morning. The hotel is showing its age. The staff are very friendly and helpful

The location description is totally off, took me 10 min drive to get here. Lousy
