家族経営ということで従業員がフレンドリーでした。立地もバス停から1分も掛からないようなところで、駅から大きな荷物を持っての移動もほとんど問題なかった。街の中心部からも近く買い物にも歩いて出かけることができる。常にやっているサービスかは不明であるが、ルガーノ地域のバス、電車の無料チケットも宿泊代に含まれていたのは助かった。

予約後チェックインのためにホテルに連絡するように、と記載がありますが深夜0時を過ぎなければ連絡しなくても大丈夫なようです。 とても静かで部屋も綺麗です。自動販売機で水やお菓子は買えます。 利用しませんでしたが、レストランなどは歩いて20分くらいのところにあるようです。

Very friendly staff and rooms definitely lived up to expectations. Worth the money in a expensive city like Lugano and we Will stay here next time . You will not be disappointed

This property is very conveniently located for walking and city transportation. Comfortable clean and we really enjoyed sitting out on our patio. The staff was ever so helpful in anything we asked for! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It’s an old hotel with tiny rooms; ancient elevator service…. Not at all worth while for the price we paid

The Hotel Colorado provides everything you need to see Lugano and it is a great value for the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable—and while they aren’t luxurious the air-conditioning is fabulous! Staff is kind and gracious—the gentleman working the front desk even gave me a ride to a nearby grotto restaurant—(Grotto Figini which should not be missed!).

Excellent stay at Hotel Colorado. I arrived very tired to the hotel, but the check-in was fast and the staff was very kind so everything was smooth. The woman at the reception talks multiple languages so it was easy to communicate with her. She provided me recommendations to eat, take the bus, etc. The room was very clean and had all necessary for a short stay. The reservation included unlimited bus ticket during two days which was great to go to places far from the hotel.

Hotel was in a nice location with a large balcony. Staff were in a bad mood both days I were there. A lot of locals staying at the hotel serving dirty looks. Walls were very thin and many people were going around the floors banging on the walls/doors, or playing loud music in their room. Room service entered the room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was up, made for a very awkward experience to say the least. To make up for a bit of it, the location was within walking distance of the train station and 2 bus stops, so at least leaving the hotel was convenient.

Great location with smaller but very nice rooms. Wife and I were happy with the room as it had everything we needed to explore the area. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient with a 5 min walk to the water, and plenty of bus stops within 2 min from hotel.

Et enkelt stop på en længere rejse sydpå. Meget fint overnatningssted for længere ophold i Lugano, med mulighed for at leje cykel. Hotellet ligger centralt i gåafstand til søen og byens hyggelige centrum.
