街の中心街なので夜中じゅう、騒ぐ声、車両の騒音が不快でした されど、交通の便もよく快適でした

特記事項はしっかり確認することを改めて認識しました。 　・この施設にはフロントデスクが 　　ありません。チェックインは、 　　施設所在地とは異なる場所 　　(The George Hotel) でお手続き 　　ください。

ヒースローからバスで行ったため、夜着だったのでセルフチェックインが心配でしたが、メールで夜着の連絡をしていたせいか、係の人に手伝っていただき助かりました。バス降りて15分くらいのゆるい上り坂。部屋は新しいツインベッドの広い部屋で、お湯沸かし、コーヒーメーカーあり、Wi-Fi無料、バスタブはなくシャワーのみですが水回りは問題無し。チェックアウトもセルフでしたが簡単でした。ザ ジョージと同系列みたいで朝食はザ ジョージのとなりのカフェでいただきます。ただザ ジョージがリフォーム中で完成したら変わるかもわかりません。係の若い男性はとても親切で気持ちが良かった。

新しいホテルで清潔です。チェックインからチェックアウトまでホテルの人に会わずコンピューターで行います。朝食付きにすると道を挟んで向かい側のレストランに行くことになりますので、困ったことがあったらそこで伝えることができます。私はチェックアウト後に荷物を預かって欲しかったので伝えたところ、電話を貸してくれホテルの人に問い合わせることができました。ホテル隣の家具屋で預かってもらえるシステムでした。

To noisy outside as club opposite other then that all good.

Parking was easy but on the expenses side should be free for the stay at hotels.

Clean and quiet room

Room temperature was obscene 27 degrees and we couldnt turn it down advised reception who advsised us it would be resolved for when we got back to the hotel to sleep , my god it was so so hot we paid for late checkout but we couldnt sleep so left early morning - appaled

A nice room but the thermostat was stuck on 34 degrees all night so it felt like trying to sleep in a sauna. Add to this the lack of double glazed windows meaning that although there was a road separating the neighbouring bar from the room it sounded like we were inside it until it finally closed at around 1am. then came the arguements from drunk patrons until 2am and finally the clean up crew at 3am. There were also no additional pillows and no staff available onsite to speak to about any problems. We ended up giving up trying to have a restful night at around 6am and went home. Other than that the room was spacious and clean. Parking was an additional £12. Perfect room for lizards with hearing difficulties.

This is not a proper hotel but functions as an annex of the George, across the road. This should be made clearer - especially as the doorman at the George would not let us in to their reception area at 10pm. The 'deluxe' double was basic, small with a dirty balcony. Poor value.

Staff and cleanliness

Rude staff shower door that fell on me, just awful

Room very clean. Only issue was that key card would not work after breakfast and we had to come over to the George Hotel twice to get the key card unlocked. It was about 10:15 and checkout was 11:00

I got headache the next morning due to lack of sleep from the high st noise, the blanket is also too thick & hot , at last hv to sleep on top of it even in winter

The tv remote didn’t work at all so we couldn’t watch it. When we went to make a coffee this morning. The kettle didn’t work either. We were really disappointed. The room itself was absolutely fine and the bed was very comfortable.

Staff are great , but the room and balcony is starting to look very worn out ! The rooms could do with a lick of paint and carpets cleaned
